This is my second time buying these blinds because they're … amazing. The ability to allow light into your home AND grant privacy makes a world of difference. I love the top/down to add just the right amount of privacy. ñ without sacrificing any of the beautiful natural light coming through. The install is amazingly simple and you'll be a pro by your second window. Measuring 5 times over it absolutely worth it as they'll fit your window like a glove. Both times I purchased this window I installed them inside the window frame for a clean and seamless look. The fact that there aren't any cords or strings hanging loose is a great comfort that the kids won't get tangled in them.
My whole experience was great! We received samples as requested and were able to make a choice from them. This was very helpful. Had I ordered what I thought was the correct color for my room, I would have been very disappointed. Since I was able to get samples, I was able to make a better choice. Great quality material and price.

Both times ordering were easy. All blinds I've ordered are good. When I had one blind break from first order, they replaced it as per the warranty. I need to contact customer service regarding small flaw in material to see if it is something that can be remedied.
Blinds are beautiful but our master bedroom hung for 4 days before falling brackets completely broken in pieces waiting for someone to contact me back for replacements or something these were expensive so I'm pretty disappointed right now
Beautiful shade and exactly what I needed to cover my new living room window. I tried curtains but didn't like them and ended up going with this. So glad I chose the motorized version. It's quiet and is nice to be able to just push a button to open and close it. It allows light in but keeps heat out. It also provides privacy when wanted. The mounting clips were a bit too tight but I eventually did get them to pop in. Other than that (which is minor), I love the shade!

Our 88 inch blinds fit the window perfectly. We are very happy waking up to a one length blind. I would have woken up disappointed every morning by looking at two or three blinds covering the opening rather than one beautiful blind. Excellent!
Overall, I was happy with the blinds I received. They fit nicely and a good at blocking light. The only thing that I'd like to see improved is the default minimum setting. The blinds did not return to their fully closed state after opening.

I replaced old school aluminum blinds with cordless cellular blinds. The ordering process was painless, measuring the windows was easy, there was a nice selection of cellular blinds available, lots of sale and promotion items to choose from, production and shipping was surprisingly fast, everything fit and was the correct size when it arrived, installation when OK, so no problems, would do it again.
Easy to navigate web site, photos and descriptions were detailed, good selection of blinds and shades to chose from.
I got some light filtering shades and they work great, they lighten up the room without letting too much sun in. With me being able to push the top down or pull the bottom up, it gives me a versatile way to have my shades.
I am very satisfied with the blinds. It did take longer than expected to receive them as I was not notified until a month after ordering that my original color was out of stock. However once I chose an in stock color, delivery was quick. Easy to install and working as expected. I ordered two more the same day I installed the first two.
The website was easy to navigate and the order process was straightforward. We received exactly what we ordered, and excellent packing ensured everything was undamaged. Installation was ridiculously easy: 10 blinds installed in less than 2 hours. We love the look and the quality. The only downside was the hold-down/tension fitting for the operating chain. It might be a regulatory thing, but the supplied fixtures require two hands for operation and are clumsy to use. I replaced them with simple loop fixtures that work fine and look better than the supplied item.
This is the most expensive blind/shade we've ever splurged on, but the pattern matched the wallpaper we're using so we decided to go for it. It is very well-made; good quality. Don't think the opening/closing mechanism will break after a couple years like other blinds. Easy installation. Very satisfied.
The items came perfect. The installation was simple and though I wish the instructions were a bit more detailed. I figured it out without a problem, but I can see some may struggle. Overall highly satisfied with the customer service rep who called to confirm my order before manufacturing, and the overall ease of ordering, installation and quality of product.
Shades are fine but others can do this. They lost my order in warehouse could not get me info and said warehouse was a different system. They lost the order in shipping. I asked for compensation but no one got back to me. Liars and terrible service

I love the "guarantee your fit" option. It's a huge piece of mind to have that nominal charge to know if I messed up the sizing, it's no big deal or expense. I also plan to order some more and will go with the "no-drill' option. Genius!
I'm happy with my white blinds. They let in a lot of natural light while providing privacy. I was a little nervous about the measuring process but turns out I did it correctly and they fit well. I did purchase the measuring protection at time of purchase as peace of mind if I messed up.
I am in the midst of a weeks-long battle to get resolution on my last order. Nine of twelve Roman shades were made to an incorrect length. I followed all claim procedures, sending 45 photos (as requested). Customer Service is deplorable and seems to be stalling in getting this resolved. I will NEVER order from Select Blinds again!

Origionally ordered a set of Blinds with Select Blinds. I went with them to make sure I had the best customer experience. However, sometimes things go wrong. After discussions with support and being contacted by a consumer advocate from Select Blinds, they rebuilt and delivered a new set of blinds that met my needs. Currently installed and working flawlessly. The no hardware mount blackout roller motorized blind that I ordered fit my exact need. Mounting inside the window against painted Brick, Mounted HIGH out of reach these custom sized blinds nailed it.
I was given an email to save $75.00 off my first order, then of course My order is not eligible.
I needed to replace my first set of select blinds from several years ago. Wanted the same style as I was very happy with them. Plus they were 50% off. My daughter told me about Select Blinds band and I have told many people. Extremely happy with them.
I've had success with this company for a few years now. I've been pleased with the various products I've ordered until this last order I placed. The cordless mechanism doesn't work well at all and is of a terrible quality. My shades don't raise easily. I contacted customer service over 3 weeks ago and still no resolution. I definitely do not recommend the cordless canvas Roman shade. It may be fine with a cord but definitely not cordless.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
