Customer service very helpful with ordering process! Blinds took much longer to arrive than anticipated. They shipped on time but stuck in customs for over a week on one. And two weeks in the other. Blinds arrived and really beautiful. Hardware was missing and incorrect screws for the brackets. Customer service is sending more hardware but My husband had to search for the appropriate screws. Overall I say great product. They just need to be up front that the blinds will take longer to arrive if they are going through customs. And please make sure they send the correct hardware.

The blinds themselves seem like good quality but the rolling mechanism always tilts to one side of the other. Because of this the edge of the blind rubs on the metal mounting bracket causing damage to it. The side of the shade is now all roughed up with strings hanging off and I've only had it installed for about a month.

I was surprised how easy it was to order blinds. I was nervous because it was so easy.
When the blinds arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with the look and quality. I am super happy with my purchase.
You have several colors & styles to choose from when trying to match a room. The only disappointing thing was that when I requested samples & found a color that matched, I couldn't order it because the color was discontinued. Why send me the sample if I can't order it? And, colors are specific to one style of blind The blinds themselves are good quality & very easy to hang. I would order again.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.

Thank you for reaching out to us! We apologize for your concerns about the measurements you received. In order to verify if your products were made correctly or not, we just need a few photos of the product from you.
For each product affected, please take 2 photos using a steel measuring tape. If the discrepancy is for the width you will measure end to end across the headrail only. If it is for the height, you will need to fully lower the product and measure from the top of the headrail to the bottom of the bottom rail.
The first photo should show the whole product with the measuring tape going end to end and the second photo should be a close-up of the final measurement. Also, please confirm the size of the shade(s) in the response for the order you are sending photos.
Please note warranty remakes cannot be altered from the original order. If you need to change your measurement please refer to our FIT Guarantee.
