I really expected the installation for these blinds to be much more complicated, especially considering their sturdy design.

It was easy to hang. I did it myself with a drill and the products that came with the blinds. I have these blinds and two rooms in my house and I absolutely love them. I will be buying more.

Love my new cordless shades!

So happy with my new shades. I needed to replace older blinds in my kitchen that were custom made and very expensive. One of the windows is 94" wide. I worked with a SelectBlinds design person who recommended splitting that window into two shades and it's so much better! It only took a few minutes on the phone to talk through the measurements and done.

Ordering online was very easy. I spoke to a customer service rep prior to placing the order. They were very helpful. The order came when it should have. The blinds went up very easily and are awesome. Can't say enough for this company and our experience.

Love their products - have asked questions about Thor products in the past with very knowledgeable associates working for them.

The blinds took a couple of weeks to arrive. They were packed well. The installation instructions were missing but were available on their website. Installation took about an hour and a half for two sets of blinds. They look good and are easy to use. I will be purchasing additional blinds from them.

Roller shades not working

I ordered 3 roller shades and 3 roman shades. The Roman shades are beautiful and work well. 2 out of the 3 roller shades do not work. They are not easy to roll up that I need to manually try and roll them or just leave them down in my son's room. I am not sure if this is sustainable.

The blind arrived much faster than the first one I ordered for my other bathroom. After putting this one up I noticed that it is not the same type or quality as the first one. Perhaps I ordered the wrong one but I am not pleased with this one. It is not the same quality of materials and the way it goes up and down is totally different. The lever on the bottom to raise them is not the same, it's just a piece of clear plastic that you attach yourself and have to push the blind up and down. On my other blind it's hard plastic the same color as the blind that is built into the blind and you click it and it goes up and down by itself. I don't mean to complain but I'm not pleased and will probably replace it with something else. Thank you for asking. Betsy Rush
