The delivery time was slow however the installation was easy. The product isn't the most durable. I did not receive all of the parts and do not have the use of easily pulling down or lifting up the shade. I followed up with a rep online who said she would have it sent and the parts never arrived.

Shade was iof high quality. I measured wrong by 1/2 inch so will not be able to use the shade order was sent quickly.
Not good took me 2 days to figure out your system. Almost gave up on ordering. Yesterday your system kept asking me why I was saving my cart. Need an easier ordering system.
I found it very easy to order our remote-controlled blind online. Once I received it, it was easy to install. Good installation instructions, and a nice, clean look overall.
I got prices for blinds from other places and Select blinds was a fraction of the cost. I got prices for as much as $1000 per window, which did include installation but none the less an impossibility for my family to afford. These blinds are pretty easy to install, getting them all hung on all the windows will take me some time but like I said, there was literally no other affordable option. Thank you Select Blinds.

The measuring instructions. Quality is fine, they seem to do what is needed and can not beat the price.
I have used select blinds now for nearly all the rooms in my house. This particular one is for my son's bedroom who needs blackout curtains. The blinds function very well and were relatively easy to install!

I ordered blinds for my whole house.
All are great except one. The blind for door was made to small to cover the window do to the trim around the window. I answered all questions asked on the website accurately.
I submitted a warranty claim for this issue and it was declined because "This unfortunately doesn't fall under the warranty policy." They offered me a 10% discount to reorder.
I feel this is unfair as it was not my mistake. Blinds should cover the entire window.
I was unable to reach a human. I'm very disappointed.
All the other blinds are great. The one in question was a surface mount so make sure you order the size you want it to be and not the window size as is on the form for this type of blind.

Found what I was looking for and when I called got my question answered!
I own a number of custom blinds from SelectBlinds and all are wonderful!
Easy to find exactly what I wanted at a great price.
Really nothing say negative, highly satisfied with the build and shipping
Seeing a price jump 100% from the front page listing, just by adding.5" width to the default (on room darkening shades) is not a strategy for customer satisfaction, feels like bait and switch pricing. That noted, it is a free market. I ordered light filtering instead, and sourced curtains elsewhere for less than the room darkening shade current price. Happy with result. And happy with the blinds.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
