Ordered 5 blinds, 4 fit perfectly, one was a smidge too big, likely a measuring error, select blinds took care of it with the fit guarantee. Quick turn around, fits perfectly the second time around! I will be ordering from them again!

Ordered 4 honeycomb 2 way shades, 2 of one size, and two of another. All fit fine except for one was about an inch too short. Since they were 2 way, it did not seem worth the hassle of exchange.

This was our 3rd order from blinds select as we replaced inefficient dated Lowes blinds. The no drill option is outstanding, wish option was available for longer than 60 inches long.
The color was gray, I expected more of a beige color. They don't really block much sun at all. They were very difficult to snap into place. I guess I should have ordered longer than window size because they barely make it to bottom of window causing there to be no pleating
Window blinds looks great and fits great. Easy to install just a drill gun and putting product together.
The shopping experience was good. However, the blind material was more like paper than fabric. It's probably my error for not realizing it at the sample stage. The biggest issue is that the two large blinds do not raise and lower easily. One has cords - one each for top down and bottom up. The shade does not progress evenly. It is consistently higher or lower on one side. It is also extremely heavy. The other large blind is the click lock top up/bottom down. There is no retracting assist at all. You have to have the strength to lift it up or lower it. I can rarely get it more than halfway up. It is much heavier than I guessed it would be. I can lower it from the top easily (with the help of gravity), but I cannot get it back to the top without getting help.

The shopping experience was pretty good.
The ordering process was easy, delivery was prompt, and the product is great. However, the installation instructions are pictures only and very cryptic, and the videos no real help. It took me quite a while to figure out what the instructions meant, and that the dimension they were indicating as the starting point was the NOMINAL width (i.e., the width specified when ordering), and not the ACTUAL width of the blinds.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
