Blinds exceeded my expectations, good quality and installation instructions were easy to understand.
I've used Select Blinds twice before and have had wonderful experiences with custom beautiful results. This time, my blind is crooked after hanging it and I'm unsure of how to fix it. I'm scared to try it myself because if I tamper with it, it'll probably be not returnable. It seems to be a manufacturing mistake somewhere
Two sets of blinds have broken. Their customer service phone number does not answer. Their online chat takes 5-10minutes per a reply. Their CRM system is broken and they can't locate orders.
I made a mistake on the first set of Fabric vanes. I paid again and requested new vanes 1/2 inches shorter than the first set. They sent vanes 2 inches shorter thus a 1.5 inch mistake. I sent pictures they keep asking for more. See attached pictures and you will see the difference between them

Shades were made 1/4" to short on the width. Followed the directions provided when measuring. They will work in the location they are bing used but not what I ordered.

Thank you for reaching out to us! We apologize for your concerns about the measurements you received. In order to verify if your products were made correctly or not, we just need a few photos of the product from you.
For each product affected, please take 2 photos using a steel measuring tape. If the discrepancy is for the width you will measure end to end across the headrail only. If it is for the height, you will need to fully lower the product and measure from the top of the headrail to the bottom of the bottom rail.
The first photo should show the whole product with the measuring tape going end to end and the second photo should be a close-up of the final measurement. Also, please confirm the size of the shade(s) in the response for the order you are sending photos.
Please note warranty remakes cannot be altered from the original order. If you need to change your measurement please refer to our FIT Guarantee.

I've never considered myself good at interior design, but thankfully, this Roman shade decorates my front door like a professional designer's touch. The color and size are perfect. The detailed instructions on measuring the size, along with the pictures of colors and styles on the website, helped me make a great choice. The quality of the fabric is outstanding too.
I was extremely hesitant to purchase these online since I had to provide exact measurements however, I took the chance and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. It fit like a glove and very easy to install if you follow the instructions. I love my weekends and how I can sleep in longer, this was the best purchase I've made to get better sleep. This was my 3rd order with Select Blinds. Our large blind was no longer staying up on one side. Ordered a replacement and was able to snap it right in. Perfect. Will order in future if needed.
Measured and ordered blinds for 3 windows. Two blinds were the same length and the last one was longer. Ordering and payment was easy. Blinds came in one package in a reasonable amount of time. Were easier to install than expected.
Ordered and left myself a 1/2" buffer and the blinds still run too tight to my window. Have to be extremely careful when raising and lowering as both sides will rub a little. Handle they send is useless and folds when raising. Price was good and overall blind is nice and didn't take too long as they are in San Diego and I'm in Miami.

Instructions for measuring were easy to follow. The blinds arrived in a timely manner but I was delayed in installing them. They went up yesterday and I am so happy. I just moved into a new place and as I complete painting I certainly will order more blinds.
Ok blinds, production continued to get delayed and never received responses to my questions as to why.

The website was easy to navigate and the window coverings were exactly as I had expected. They were easy to install and they fit great. Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
