#1. Headrail was just a little too wide
I wedged the pin to make clearance to engage into side bracket.
—— it's functional but, it's not correct
I pull shade, to lower into position.
When ready to raise—— it's a multiple pull down and allow to retract. It will retract only an inch or two after each sequence of attempts.
Usually after 5-6 attempts —- I tire of the frustration, and leave it at that position until
I need to lower it all the way down
#2 biggest issue I can't seem to correct and have no choice but, to LIVE WITH IT

We have always had good service and fast delivery with Select Blinds. Have installed them in three homes.
The blinds arrived in time, very nice just as ordered. When I did have a complain about how incredibly hard it is to pull the blinds down I wanted to call customer service and I sent to a text option, I tried that never received a text. I called again waited 16 minutes to get a hold of a representative and then my call was dropped. I was finally able to speak to someone online who said it takes time and the blinds won't be so hard to pull down. Pretty bad customer service for very expensive blinds.

I bought this honeycomb shade for my bathroom and it is perfect!
Received them quickly and instructions made installation relatively easy. In our old house, the window casing measurements varied by up to a quarter of an inch, so some manipulation was called for, but they're up and all is good.
Placed order online and it was very easy. Ordering was easy step by step and order came fast.
Ok they're very pretty but completely see-through from the outside at night! I looked back at the description to see if that was part of it and it definitely wasn't. We live in a one-story home on a busy street so now I'll have to figure out something completely different after spending $100+ for something to be specially cut. Big bummer.

I recently worked with a repeating client and she is extremely satisfied with this second time ordering from Select for a second time. One blind was broken and replaced quickly. I just installed it yesterday. I was told to hold on to the broken one in case Select wanted to sent a call tag to have returned. Please advise.

It was an easy experience but I under measured my blind so it is about 2 inches too short due to having to place the blind higher above the window than I thought. It looks great but in the morning with the sun shining through it doesn't block out all the sun. So I suggest giving yourself extra length
After correctly measuring the windows per the website instructions, I could not install the blind end caps. I would have assumed the manufacturer would have considered the measurements for end caps

For each product affected, please take 2 photos using a steel measuring tape. If the discrepancy is for the width you will measure end to end across the headrail only. If it is for the height, you will need to fully lower the product and measure from the top of the headrail to the bottom of the bottom rail.
The first photo should show the whole product with the measuring tape going end to end and the second photo should be a close-up of the final measurement. Also, please confirm the size of the shade(s) in the response for the order you are sending photos.
Please note warranty remakes cannot be altered from the original order. If you need to change your measurement please refer to our FIT Guarantee.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
