Spoke with design consultants 3 times to clarify terminology used online in placing order. I did receive conflicting information so very glad I made the 3rd call. I understood the 2nd consultant to say the headrail and valance were the same thing which I thought was incorrect and it was. Also, the blinds were for side by side windows that are large. In order to get the blinds cordless they had to go on separate headrails. The website does not makes that clear. Thankfully the last consultant explained cordless was still an option and it would just require the separate headrails.
To be safe, I measured several times. The blinds fit perfectly. The valance, however, was too short. This is being re-done. But it was an unexpected hassle, I was asked for several pictures. Glad the blinds fit!
You say the package has been shipped but the Shipper does not receive it for 2 or 3 days.
San Diego to LA isn't that far away but takes almost as long as shipping from Florida.
This is my second purchase in about a month.
Four blinds ordered each time/purchase.
I told agents each time that I am ordering for a house and there will be several orders, in stages.
Different agents on each order.
1)
On second purchase a "Handling fee" was included. No such fee on first order.
Agent did not mention it; and I did not notice/see it until after I confirmed order.
I will mention this to anyone I speak to, who wants a referral of an online company for blinds.
So silly.
2)
As well, on first order, on one blind, I received the "no screw" header attachment.
It did not work. I had to DIY to force it.

Blind game exactly as ordered. It was an oversize non standard window. Best value!
Initially, blinds color I selected were on back order. I requested contact when the blinds became available. When they were back in stock, I received a email indicating so. I immediately ordered the blinds and they arrived in a timely manner.
Quality construction at an affordable price. They look wonderful in my kitchen.
The shades are very well constructed and extremely easy to install. The shades came cut to the exact measurements I ordered, and they fit perfectly in the window.
Once installed, they operate very well and look terrific
We were very happy with our bamboo Roman shades - none of our windows are the same size and we thought it we'd have to pay a fortune for blinds, but we didn't. High quality and lots of colors to choose from. Easy install!

Fine if all is smooth but they won't look after you of anything is amiss. Each order was delayed significantly. One for weeks with zero communication. Select blinds refused to expedite shipping to make up for delay meaning I incurred costs to install. They care more about profit than customers. Another order had zero info, clearly something was wrong, so I told them I was canceling. The right thing to do was to refund me but instead they took weeks communicating with their factory. Again they wanted to make sure of their profits and didn't care about me. Never again.

Quality blinds at an affordable cost. We just built a new house and really wanted zebra blinds but everyone was so expensive. In comes select blinds with a stunning zebra that works the way it's suppose to. Their customer service is top notch on ordering too!
My shades are great - the designer at SelectBlinds was extremely helpful.
We bought 8 of double cell blinds to help insulate our windows during the hot summer months. And they are working like a charm. We can already feel extra coolness in our house especially upstairs. I loved how easy they were to install and we love the looks of them. We also love the top down blinds in our bedroom. It is so nice waking up in the morning and sering blue skies and trees. And we still have our privacy. A definite thumbs up for these blinds.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
