This is the third time I've ordered from select blinds. Quality and installation are always spot on. The only negative comment is when I checked the fedex delivery details, for 10 days it said the label was printed but no updates. When it finally was updated the 11 th day I received the blinds 2 days later. FedEx needs to do better when managing deliveries for you and your customers. We could have been out of town with potential rain etc.

I have been ordering from this site for 15 years, and my recent orders (2 out of 3) were no where near the color on the website. Yes, I should have requested a sample- but I never had to in the past, the color on website pic was fairly accurate. I ordered a blind that was called "creige" and looked like a combination cream and beige. It came gray! Trying to speak to a human in customer service is nearly impossible unless you are willing to wait on hold for over an hour! (I tried several times and hung up after 50+ minutes). Long story short, they sent a sample which was gray and said unless there was a noticeable difference they could not do anything. I gave up and will never order from this site again. They lost a long term customer because they could not reach out in person and help me with my issue.
I ordered a motorized solar curtain but it came defective from the manufacturer. I reached out to select blinds and they sent me a whole new kit, no questions asked. They curtain is awesome and I'd definitely buy again.

Thank you for reaching out to us! We apologize for your concerns about the measurements you received. In order to verify if your products were made correctly or not, we just need a few photos of the product from you.
For each product affected, please take 2 photos using a steel measuring tape. If the discrepancy is for the width you will measure end to end across the headrail only. If it is for the height, you will need to fully lower the product and measure from the top of the headrail to the bottom of the bottom rail.
The first photo should show the whole product with the measuring tape going end to end and the second photo should be a close-up of the final measurement. Also, please confirm the size of the shade(s) in the response for the order you are sending photos.
Please note warranty remakes cannot be altered from the original order. If you need to change your measurement please refer to our FIT Guarantee.

Placed a call, salesrep was efficient helping with the new order. Reviewed our prior order for consistency and to confirm our shipping address. Once completed it was just matter of time before the order went into production.
Was pleased to have a live agent help me on a Sunday with placing my order for room darkening shades. The color I chose was in stock so she easily processed the order. The shades arrived earlier than expected and I was able to install the shades with all of the necessary hardware. Overall the fit was just right and they've been in use since.

Found the bottom end panel had dirt stains along it's length.one of the tracks fell off put it back in place required some adjustment.one of the brackets came with the top hole missing... other wise it's up and in place.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
