The purchase process couldn't have been easier, the custom-made blinds arrived in good time. The water-resistant blinds are hanging, now, in our oversize shower. They're simple and comfortable to use, and they look beautiful.

I purchased these blinds and paid quite a bit of money for them but they cannot be hung in my windows. Since they are non-returnable there is nothing I can do. I wish it showed exactly how the inside blind were to be mounted so that I knew it would not work for my windows.

Phone service was good. Blinds were sized right, but quality was just ok.

My order came promptly and fit perfectly! I got some bamboo shades for my kitchen and they look great!

Blinds are hard to close and stay down, let in too much light for black out blinds for the price.

It was fine, but 1 of my blinds will not line up correctly. When it's put up one side falls down.

The shades arrived promptly- right size, but wrong color and wrong installation mode. The unexpected color is fine, but I don't like the "easy" installation mode. They move out iof place regularly. I would have complained and returned them, but my contractor received and installed them before I realized what happened. I will likely drill through the top of the shade to secure it better. So, the fulfillment is problematic, but I like the shade. Not sure whether I can recommend it, however, since who knows what you will receive.

I ordered exactly what I wanted in a blue color, only to have the blinds arrive in white. My error was not looking at the confirmation email I received as they defaulted my order to white.

Installation was awful, there are no instructions sent and online they show how to install but they are for an older bracket set, it was wrong. My husband is very handy so he figured it out.

Blinds are great. First time using accordion blinds. Works perfect. One thing was left out though. The brackets that hold the blinds at the bottom were not included in the box. Called customer service and explained and they are on the way. Representatives are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Select blinds is my go to company.

This is the second motorized sunshade we have purchased from Select blinds. Keeps the heat out without obscuring the view. A life saver when the weather heats up. Loved the first one we purchased for our living room. We have french doors with windows on each side. The sun hits there first thing in the morning. We realized how much it kept the room cooler and decided it was time to get one for the dining room sliding glass doors. There was a sun shade there that came with the house but you had to go outside to crank it up and down. Having a remote allows us to have the outside screen but not have to go outside to deal with it. We feel that in the long run we will be making our money back in cooling costs.

I bought the zebra shade in a small window in my last house. So when I moved and needed new window coverings, I again chose the zebra blinds - this time I'm large slider windows. They're just awesome
