We ordered 17 separate shades/blinds. It took a lot of effort to find the needed details for each style to accurately measure. We were ready to place our order and the product's fabric we had in our court auto-replaced to something else. We had to make multiple calls to customer service to get our original fabric updated.

I tried on line to get to the payment option, but the website wouldn't go past the second page. I then chatted with VANESSA who tried to place my order, but my Discover card validation number wouldn't go through. I then tried today and went to PayPal where I could pay with my Discover card. The process has taken 3-4 days! Ridiculous!
The website helps guide how to properly measure, and all the blinds we ordered by following these guides fit perfectly! Install could not be easier, and the quality is great!
The zebra blind is about 1.5" too narrow, leaving the window frame completely exposed. The blind does not roll properly either when raised, causing the clear fabric sections to crimp on the right side. The blind keeps shifting over to the right and needs daily adjustment. I have sent pictures of all issues, including pictures with a tape measure showing the blind width is only 20 and 6/16 when the windows is 22 and 1/8. Even with the necessary adjustment, this is too narrow. Customer support keep asking for the same information over and over. I have been going back and forth since Friday and today is Wednesday. This is super frustrating. The blind is really harming the look of the guest bathroom, which is the last step after a complete upgrade.

I am finding it hard to believe that SelectBlinds can be as good as they are! They covered a warrantee without a lot of fuss and I'll be recommending them everywhere.
Tried to order the same exact motorized blind that I got from Select Blinds 2years ago and it was hard to just hit, re-order! I just hope it is the same as before!
I think that it is not a good deal to have the motor only last 2 years and be forced to replace the whole thing! If that happens again, I won't be re-ordering!

I had my kitchen, living/dining room painted, from mucky brown to nice white ceiling and very light gray walls, and that was it, new blinds here a must have, but like normal, none of my windows where STANDARD, shock horror!
I found this company online, filled out the sizes, as two blinds where 84 inches in drop picked the colour, a week later they arrived, and fit perfectly, worked a treat and look so good, I am ordering more for the rest of the house.
Customer service is very responsive and helpful! I messed up my order and they were able to help correct the error. Builds are high quality. Will definitely recommend!

The blinds themselves were cut to the right size. However, the end caps that fit into the brackets were too big for the window opening.I literally had to remove the vinyl blind material from their rollers and adhere them to the old rollers using the old end caps in order to hang these blinds. So I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
