The website directs you how to measure plus you can request free samples. Customer service was able to answer my questions. My husband did the installation, and the most difficult thing was physically drilling the holes into concrete siding on the screened patio! We get evening sun, but now the 1% solar shade keeps the sun out and the temperature cooler!

I ordered following the instructions to the best of my understanding.
I received the product in a timely fashion.
Product was just the tiniest bit wider than would fit in my space.
SB asked me to jump through a couple of hoops only to inform me that the product had indeed been made correctly, which I debate.
But that's their decision to make.
They ran me through their system driving me completely crazy before just offering to remake the blinds for only $10.00.
(Maybe they run into this same problem very often? It was a great way to lose my little coupon as a new customer.)
Once we finally got through that part and once the blinds arrived, they are "ok", but definitely not great.
The new blinds aren't a great fit either but at least they're hanging up now.
The bottom bar is a little curved instead of straight.
The blinds are only barely long enough, and keep adjusting themselves so that closing them completely takes patience and skill.
I think in the future I will either make up my own order criteria for size, rather than following their directions, or I will shop locally and just have someone else come and measure the blinds.
SB seems to be very reasonably priced, quality is "meh" but what do you do after the fact?

After procrastinating for at least 6 months on ordering new living room blinds after having one refuse to go up after coming down, I finally finished measuring and ordered new honeycomb blinds. The measurements were easy, got a great price with a sale that was running. Got confirmation and a chance to review what I had ordered….turn around was fast. The installation and instructions were easy and now we have a complete set of new and fresh blinds.
This is my second purchase through Select Blinds, and I couldn't be happier! The skylight blinds are beautiful! They were easy to install and I couldn't be happier. We had Budget Blinds come to our home and their quote for our skylight blinds was $8,000. I was able to purchase them through Select Blinds for only $1,800. I'm so happy we chose to do business with Select Blinds!
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
