I love these blinds. They are beautiful. However, the brackets were way too short. The directions that were included were not the same brackets that I received. I tried to order new ones but the ones in the directions were not on your web site. My son-in-law worked for hours trying to improvise. He did it. But I'm afraid they might not hold up on my window.

I first placed my order I believe in early May. I was told the order would be delayed until mid June. I then got another email saying they would be delayed until September. When I reached back out to find out if they would offer any discount for not canceling my order or they did not bother to respond.

More Shades for the Cabin

Motorized blinds

Blinds are as advertised and work well. We had problem programming them some go up when press down arrow and some do the opposite. Programming instructions leave much to be desired. Diagram labels location of pairing button. Instructions use terms pairing button and program button, however diagram does not show which of the several buttons is the programming button.

Very nice and great quality

I have weird window sizes, so ordering blinds are a challenge.I ordered specific sized blinds and there were endless color choices and blind choices. Excellent website, ease of use and access. The only non positive aspect is that they are on the pricey side and they smell funky. The smell goes away once they are hung.

Good - Instructions Need Work

The quality and look of the product is good. Installation wasn't too bad, but the instructions could use some work. Seems like it was just one generic pamphlet for multiple styles of blinds (ie: do this if it's this style, but do this if it's this style). It would be nice if they broke it up and put specific installation for just your product type.

Otherwise, it looks great and does the job. I ordered blackout for a skylight over our bed and it makes the room feel totally different while allowing us to sleep longer on summer mornings!

Quick and Easy

I was unable to determine what sizes I needed. I called and spoke to a representative who quickly calculated the sizes for me. The process was very quick and easy and the representative was extremely friendly. The representative was also able to locate all previous purchases made by others so I could order the same style and color.
