I purchased blinds for 5 windows.
Two of them were 6 weeks late for delivery due to a back order. That would have been nice to know. They are great once I received. Another two are great! Arrived on time and fit well. The last one fits horribly but they say they have manufactured appropriately but since I have others that fit well I beg to differ. They want to give a discount rather than fix. So frustrating overall. Don't think I can recommend nor use again because of this. Consistency is poor.

I don't think I would have purchased these blinds full price. Even on sale they're pricey, but I know they last because a friend of mine has had hers for years. Overall the blinds are really nice and the room darkening does a great job.
Got the outside mount cordless cellular blinds and the definitely reduce light and heat in the room. Not 100% black out shades although I would think the inside mounts would provide more blackout, however they weren't compatible with our set up. Would recommend to someone looking to reduce light in highly lit area.
The first set I ordered was wrong, I can't get ahold of them to send back and get refund. I ended up ordering an entire new set. Still trying to get ahold of them for the first order.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
