Non motorized.

I requested and paid for a motorized shade. The shade is great,very nice. But I am very disappointed with no motor.
Maybe you can make this right?
I have 8 other shades to order but won't be using you unless order one can be made correctly.

Overall pleased

I had shopped around to compare and found Select Blinds to be the best option considering I had 11 windows that needed blinds. I opted for the white linen with blackouts. Some were motorized which was ideal for certain windows that weren't as accessible. The quality was excellent & the installation was very easy. We ordered the brackets that required installation to save on cost. The only issue was that the brackets seemed flimsy. We had braced the larger window blind to give it extra support just in case. Another problem was that they automatically deduct from the width which allows the light to shine in which doesn't make the room as dark as I'd like. Overall I would order from them again & I have referred them to several friends.

I purchased two cordless, cellular blinds. Right out of the box, the larger of the two window blinds could not be raised without a lot of effort. The issue is one side consistently goes up higher than the other leaving a lopsided presentation. I followed the instructions carefully trying to make an adjustment but to no avail. I would not purchase these blinds again.

I waited for a while to get replacements for the rental unit. Tenant out of town so we haven't opened up the new sizing parts yet. Check in later for full report and whether the returns are intact this time.

Fast shipping was not so fast

AFTER the order was placed we received an email that the blinds were on back order and not as quickly shipped as we thought when we pressed 'order'. Also the color received is definitely not the same as the sample we reviewed. Way too orange. Not thrilled at all and they do not work in our house.

I'm buying a corded one in the hope it lasts longer, but will have to adjust my practice of recommending SelectBlinds to others.
