I thought I had ordered the semi-transparent roller shades, which were provided as a sample. Instead, we received white opaque shades. They will do and agree with what is written on the order, but we would have been happier with the semi-transparent ones.
I also tried to order a second remote, but had difficulties doing so.
I needed a replacement blind for my front L.R. Window. Awesome turn around time. Less than two weeks & was a perfect replacement without having to change out the existing hardware! Great job!

I had an excellent experience choosing, measuring, and ordering my blind. The discount was generous. My son installed the blind easily and it looked very nice in my guest room. It was just what I wanted. The only disappointment was the quality of of the top, light-filtering portion. The material is so thin that a guest recently, and very apologetically, tore it when she was trying to lower the blind.Such a shame when all else had been a good experience.
The blinds fail frequently and in short order. The overall quality leaves much to be desired. I purchased replacements for those that failed (in order to match -- NO other reason). I'm very dissatisfied with their products. Three of five have failed, a 4th is exhibiting similar across a the others prior to failure..

I was very excited to get my new blinds. My husband was installing them and all was going good until we opened the 3rd blind, no mounting brackets so he drove around town trying to find some, none to be found, then I discovered the plastic chain to open and close this blind was broken. We were leaving in a couple of days so I ask that the missing and broken items be overnighted. Nope couldn't do that. Just disappointed that my order was incomplete and broken.

Easy to install and operate. Smooth up and down with enough tension to keep the shade where you want it.

The blinds are fine. As usual, there was no problem with the order.
I ordered wrong size. CS. Helped to make sure I bought the right size color and style to match the other select blinds in my bedroom
We purchased these blinds because our bedroom windows receive early morning sun; which generally, we love. The thing is, when the sun gets up at 5 AM, so do the dogs. With these blinds of absolute perfection, the dogs have no idea it's daylight and we can go back to getting up at 7:30. Life saving! Also, we got the no-drill and they were a breeze to install.
Working with Select Blinds was very easy and the salesman answered every question asked. The turn around time was very short and the blinds arrived even a few days earlier than we were expecting them.Two gentlemen in our church installed the blinds and it went very smoothly. It is so nice to be in church even when the sun is bright as the blinds defuses the glare.
The soffits don't extend to the walls and will need to be redone. Disappointing considering the first blinds fit perfectly. I'll revisit my review after I've contacted them and comment on the customer service.

Ordered 3 outdoor Solar shades for west facing windows. Measurements were accurate and covered windows perfectly. Has definitely cut down on late afternoon heat! Arrived promptly.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
