Ordering the blinds was very easy, and the items shipped out quite quickly. The only minor error was that I received one box from FedEx and they said that was all they had. The box didn't contain all of the blinds I ordered, and it was a weekend, so I couldn't contact customer service. I waited 5 more days, and sure enough the second box arrived. No explanation from FedEx. I guess they must have lost the second box for 5 days. But I could not be happier with the blinds, made perfectly to order.
I'm very pleased with the blinds ordered and the help to correctly order.
I paid to upgrade to the motorized option which is expensive. The blind goes up and down when pulling on the rod connected to blind. Remote also comes with it but you have to pull down and hold for the blind to go down and also when using remote you have to hold the button. The blind is so damn slow it takes forever and the so called app function just crashes. Will never buy again!
For the cost and effort involved in shopping, waiting and installing these blinds. One of the blinds were 1/8 inch to large, one was 1/4 in too small. Went to Lowes and purchased something similar that was more robust and cheaper.
I've purchased from this site a couple times over the years with no issues. That being said I needed replacement shades with more privacy and accidentally mixed up the measurements. Customer service was horrible and did not even try to help me! And just suggested I put in a new order and they would give me 10% off. Well, $400+ later I still can't use these as they don't cover my window. They are just collecting dust in a closet. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

When you need something fast sometimes it might take a few weeks. But my blinds arrived in like 10 days or less it was great.
My experience with customer service when my first order wouldn't work for my needs was professional and very helpful. The replacement blinds and hardware fit great! The installation was smooth and easy. Look great, work great. I'd send a picture but don't see that option.

The illustrations in the instructions could be twice as large and with arrows pointing to salient features. First we put up the brackets wrong, and tried repeatedly to snap in blinds, which permanently scratched the plastic frame. Even after we got the brackets right, we almost made it worse by putting the wrong side of the blind into the brackets. Clearer illustration would have helped.

Used the coupon for better pricing. All 3 blinds arrived on time. 1 blind was motorized, 1 had white pull chain, 1 was manual lift. All Roman shades, soft fold are beautiful.

We had seen one of your electronic blinds at a friend's house, so we outfitted one of our bedrooms. This led to the master bedroom and the master bath. That experience led to outfitting our condo; sometime later, my wife wanted identical electronic blinds for our cabin (which had ten windows).
Suffice it to say that we have become repeat customers and have gotten used to how easy they are to install and run. By the way, we have had customer service issues, which have all been resolved easily and quickly. I guess we are experienced in everything from buying to repeating to customer service. We have been impressed.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
