I measured and followed the guidelines to put in a blind with no screws. Unfortunately, the surface of the inside of the window is not large enough to accommodate. I called and was told no refund. It's currently in my storage building and I don't know if I'll ever use it because this is my home for life. There is one window on the porch I may be able to use it in when I renovate the room. Disappointed because I had a good experience in my prior home. Just glad I didn't order more as originally planned.

I bought the wrong blinds the first time i ordered and was so disappointed that I couldn't return them. They were not what I thought they'd be. So customer service just said sorry but you cannot return.
I bought another set of blinds and they were not as good as ones I saw on line. Customer service are very nice but the product is a bit flimsy.

I needed to contact customer service for some advice and they were super helpful. My order came in a timely manner, well packaged, and was exactly as I ordered. They were easy to install and look great!

I ordered Roman shades for two rooms, eight windows. The shades were delivered on the date given and each was well packaged. Installation directions were folded inside the shades and itook three hours to install. The shades are well made and are exactly as described.

The slats are super thin and keep falling off with open and closing... quality is bad!

It was wonderful! Easy to install all by myself! Works great on our windows.

The blinds came as advertised, and the site had decent instructions and videos to help with installation. My one suggestion is to include drywall anchors, as I had to separately purchase those since the regular screws did not hold. Otherwise very pleased so far.

There was a small "glitch" in the promo code for one of the flash sales offered. Customer Service Supervisor took care of the matter in a timely and professional manner.
Secondly the delivery carrier had multiple delays and three different cancellations before finally delivering the product.

Select Blinds were easy to work with-I received my samples in a reasonable amount of time, placed my order and received them when they reported that I would. They are great quality and were easy to install. I highly recommend them!

Ordered the blinds, they arrived a couple of weeks after the order. The instructions that came with them could be a little clearer, I had to read thru them a couple of times, but the install was fairly straight forward, and now they are installed and work great.

The only criticism I have is when shipping longer roller shades, please use a better method of making the package more rigid. One of my five shades had a slight bend in it, but I was able to straighten it.

So easy. Great delivery and easy to install. Will definitely order again when I redo another room.
