Ordered blinds and they all came and looked great. I helped my husband hang them, not too difficult. The only issue is that these are completely see through but I'm sure that is probably stated somewhere I just did not see this so we did also have to get curtains.

Tried to reorder blinds from 8 years ago but they were no longer made. The CX agent walked me through a new purchase, providing samples and placing my order for me. We are very happy.
It took a while to get the order placed. The first gentleman whom I spoke with tried to help me, but just didn't know how to handle the situation. He tried! When I finally was able to get someone to fulfill the order, it proceeded with ease. I received the new motor. I am currently trying to place an order for 5 more back-up motors, but have not had a response to my request.
The process for measuring the shades was easy to follow via Select Blinds instructions and resources. We chose the no drill option, and the installation was effortless. We had one piece damaged in the process and Select Blinds quickly sent us a replacement shade. We are very happy with our shades!
Consumer BEWARE! Terrible, Their system changed my order during the BOGO sale and they wanted me to pay for a new order with a 10% discount. I believe they make mistakes on purpose and expect the customer to catch their mistakes. It is a scam! I could have gotten the same blinds for less at a local store, the only reason I used this company was because of the "NewNo Drill System", which was what was missing from the blinds they shipped to me. Terrible customer service, they just pass you around with no resolution to their system mistake. If there is a problem with an option I chose during a "Sale" then call me! Don't just change my order and send me an email and don't ship me something I didn't order because you set some undocumented arbitrarily time frame. Also, they bait and switch the prices, each rep told me a different base price for the blinds I ordered as they gaslighted their explanation as to why their system changed my order without my approval. Beware!
I always buy Select Blinds for our home! Quality, service and beauty are all of the reasons I continually buy your blinds! I had over 10 windows to buy for and every blind was right on the money for size and function.
Ordering was easy but delivery took longer than I expected. Instructions are a little hard to follow.
Had to reorder one of blinds. Still had my order on file after 7 years. Just told them which room and was able to order same color and size. Was super easy.

The blinds were delivered quicker than expected. They are well built and.good quality. Installation was very easy.
Ordering was simple and delivery time was as promised. Somewhat disappointed that the "black out" shade does not really do the job. I was very precise in my measuring per the website instruction. Installation was easy but the blackout shade does not block out light due to a gap on each side. This shade was for a baby's room (napping) so full day time light blockage is an issue.
Wish there were specific/precise instructions for measuring this type of shade as gaps are critical to the functionality.
Otherwise, overall quiet and value seem to be good.
Note: We went with the inside window box style verses outside window box style.
