My experience was great and i had a very knowledgeable person who helped me. It was a long time ago now so i do not remember her name but i did send a review in the beginning and mentioned her.
Unfortunately they are not even out of the box because they will not be done until many repairs are done to my house following a catastrophic event that occurred across the street damaging my home.
Overall, measurements were true and delivery was timely. Quality of product materials is not what we had expected, hardware is poor grade and difficult to manage, and sash cord is plastic making for clumsy operation.
I felt that the quality for the price was very good. Sizing was accurate. Installation was easy and the finish is aesthetically pleasing.
I enter the wrong size and went back To change it, thinking I did change my mistake! Wrong-the incorrect size came! I cannot return them

I had to have 2 sets of blinds replaced due to being sent wrong size and another was damaged in shipping.
This is the second time I used Select Blinds after outfitting all my upstairs windows a few weeks ago. The process was quick, the price is right, and the service is outstanding! I went with too down bottom up blinds in Giza Brown for the entire home and the are stunning. Also love not having cords and strings that get tied in knots!
The blind was just out of maintenance when the motor failed on our motorized blind. We were given a 60% discount and the blind was replaced in a reasonable amount of time.
I have found their selection of products and options to be expansive without being overwhelming.
I was very careful choosing blinds to go in our newly remodeled kitchen. I chose the style that allows the top down to see the sky and the bottom up to see our yard, plants and dog, but with additional privacy when wanted. They went up so easily, are well made and perfect!

I ordered on line and (thought) I ordered "no drill" blinds. I selected that page on the main ordering page, assuming that each option would be FOR that option. I didn't know I had to then pick No blinds AGAIN before buying.
So, of course I got the wrong blinds. There is no option for any customer service but an 800 number that appears to be in the Philippines. They only had a scripted response, and never responded when they said they would. There is literally NO OTHER contact for Select Blinds, just that number and online customer service goes to the same place. There is NO contact available in the US or corporate. I'll NEVER use Select Blinds again and I've told my friends and family, as well as social media, my experience.
I'm stuck with the wrong blinds, they're essentially garbage now.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
