I got very quick a message that my question had been forwarded to the right person.
Not long after that, my question was handled and the problem had been fixed.
I could not login to Segpay. Every time I filled in my credit card number and email address and clicked on „search for subscriptions", both data vanished but nothing else happened. I could not enter any chat either. It's simply awkward.
I wanted to buy a 1 ONE day test sub but it failed - I was charged the € 1.00 but did't get entry. Customer service gave info that it was a technical problem and I should try again later that day. He promised to refund the € 1.00
So I bought another 1 day test subs but same problem. Again you charded the € 1.00 but no entry to the side and no mail.
Netxt day I tried to solve the problem via chat - no other way was offered - but the women on the chat took really long to check and I didn't get any solution.
Again one day later your collegue was fast and promised to refund BOTH payments. Ok. I thought but days later one one payment was refunded. So I informed visa and hilton honors.
Ok, this was only €1.00 each and you may thing thats nothing but after some years I'm definitely not willing to get scammed. I'm really pissed!
Besides - its no way to offer a reduced subs as happened the last contact - I wanted to test the side - € 1.00 is ok but for a test 19.95 is too much.
Two times I tried to cancel a subscription and after inputting the required info, all I got back was [] in the top left corner of the screen. I tried several times on 3 different browsers and same non responsive error. Which means I had to handle the problem via emails.
