Unexpected charges on my PayPal. When I inquired about them, SegPay asked who the charges were from. That was my question as well. I have had auto Pay Pal for several months making payments to Persia's Palace believing I ha$ cancelled. I requested cancellation since paying 19.95/ month for no subscription benefits. I changed my request to cancel and continue the subscription instead. I also requested help on User Name and password problems. This could've been solved with a 20-30 minute phone call!

This platform is a disgrace. I have two emails from your staff stating the service had been cancelled in the last two months only to be charged again. Your staff sent me a confirmation saying the service was cancelled on the 3rd of July only for me to receive yet another email saying it has been cancelled a month later today. The service sent a confirmation of this today showing that your staff lied to me last month. Pathetic and deceptive. If I receive another bill I will take this to the ombudsman. This is a scam business.
