For over 3 weeks I have been trying to provide my new credit card for ongoing payment for my account. The credit card currently on file is no longer active. This should be a simple transaction. I have spent more than 18 hours trying to get this done. I have communicated with your agents by phone and on line. I have followed your instructions to the best of my abilities. I have even erased my browser history to "make room" for this change. Nothing has worked. Very soon your company will attempt to deduct payment from a credit card that I have told you is no longer active. What happens then? Will my account be closed—and all of my data erased?

I was billed twice for a subscription ( 1- on my credit card
2- on my credit card) when I requested a partial refund ( I canceled my subscription to fitting room.com on feb 23.) I found out recently that my credit card subscription was canceled but my debit was still being billed. Apparently I was being billed 2×. I contacted segpay with copies of both transactions. The only response I kept getting was no one could understand how that could be ( username & password was axactly the same). Anyway I was informed that I would receive 12.99 for one month which is very insulting and I was being charged 19.95 monthly not 12.99. The way I was treated very unprofessional. I showed them the Era and still no one did anything. So I will never deal with this company again. People refuse to do the right thing just because it's the right thing to do. Being charged from February and I canceled my subscription on February 23 and was refused a refund. Really disgusting.

I was told the day I mistakenly purchased 2 discounted $5/month sites under an old/inactive NextDoorStudies account that a refund had been processed, but they never were. When I called to request the refunds again I was told that I could not have refunds for those sites, but that I could apply the purchases to the 2 sites that I purchased after I thought I had received a refund for the wrong sites. And 10 days were added the additional month, so I am happy with the final result.
