I had unintentionally and intentionally signed up for some adult websites. I notified Segway and their customer service dept cancelled my subscriptions without question within 24-hours of my email.
I made a payment of £12.95 for a service. Minutes later I was charged another payment of £104.86 which I had not knowingly authorised. I have reported this to PayPal, through whom I had made the legitimate payment and through whom the further, clandestine charge was made. This is theft. I hope that Segpay does not condone it and will refund the amount which was stolen.

Oh my goodness this was a mission and a half just to try to get a refund. It kept going back and forth and they wouldn't actually read what I wanted to achieve, they would keep repeating themselves and it was exhausting! Eventually they read the email and it was all sorted but it seemed way harder and involved 5x the amount of emailing than it should've. Overall, yes I did get the desired outcome but the process could've been streamlined
