My issues was quickly resolved within 2 days. I had all of my questions answered quickly and the correspondence was friendly and professional.
Multiple different people were replying to my concern of the unauthorized transactions. And in response to asking for a refund they told me to go to PayPal even though PayPal had already told me that the only way I can get a refund is through the company who charged me. And I told your Customer Service people this, and they refused to believe me.
I forgot about a subscription I had with a website that uses segpay, so when the subscription got charged again I contacted them and they got it resolved fast and easily.

I was having a problem with my subscription, I tried to cancel it and it said it was canceled but it was being deducted from my card. So I sent the email and they gave me a deadline of 5-7 days to return the money to my bank, fast and agile and I've been waiting ever since!

You should be able to change my subscription within 6 hours of not realizing I. Hit the wrong button. Nympho is swallowed basically so I just wasted my money. You shouldn't represent these companies that don't have proper procedure.
