Multiple different people were replying to my concern of the unauthorized transactions. And in response to asking for a refund they told me to go to PayPal even though PayPal had already told me that the only way I can get a refund is through the company who charged me. And I told your Customer Service people this, and they refused to believe me.

A great service

I wanted to cancel an arranged payment. The response was quick and comprehensive. I was worried that I would have to wade my way through IT issues using account numbers and contracts however, I was quickly contacted and asked to confirm what I wanted. This done the payments were cancelled with no fuss. Thank you.

I was having a problem with my subscription, I tried to cancel it and it said it was canceled but it was being deducted from my card. So I sent the email and they gave me a deadline of 5-7 days to return the money to my bank, fast and agile and I've been waiting ever since!

You should be able to change my subscription within 6 hours of not realizing I. Hit the wrong button. Nympho is swallowed basically so I just wasted my money. You shouldn't represent these companies that don't have proper procedure.

I contacted you to cancel my subscription and you send me a email back looking forward in your regular payments
All I want is to cancel
It said when I signed up you can cancel at anytime but you have taken another payment out after I asked you to cancel what are type going to go about it will I get a refund with the cancellation

Scammed… give me my refund..

I don't know why the purchases were made but I want full refund for this month and last month. Look at the records. Never used it and still charged. I will contact fraud dept if I don't get refunded for both months asap

I requested to cancel my subscription on 6/2/24 well before the renewal date on 13/2/24 and received a confirmation that it was cancelled. But on 13/2/24 I still got charged for renewal.
