On phone no much discussed, just that "conversation was going to be submitted"
Later I rcvd answers on reason why my transaction was declined!
This issue happened bck in 2021 when I was out of the States and my accountant did not recognized the charge!
I was never notified nor was reached out to see if I wanted to proceed with the charge.
My phone works globally and a reach out phone call never took place!
I've been trying to upgrade my account many, many times and I always get the same answers!
My recommendation as a business owner, is to be flexible and always to work things out specially with customers.

Cherry mrmbership club confusion

Tried to renew expired club mermbership segpay declined my payment ssying I was an existing member no payment needed.back to cherry said they would deal with it.Eventuall they had to cancel a membership that didn t exist Then I had to set it up sgain no mention of compensation for all delays and aggro involved.

Sadly dissapointed

I'm dissapointed in the service because when I pay to view specific genders or countries the site can't provide me with specifically what I want it has to revert to another option like their isn't enough of what I'm choosing in the first place. Like when I pay so I can view women I expect women no men but I end up getting men in the womens filter. And the wait times and the constant skipping its disatisfying to spend so much time on here regretting spending money on it
