Or the businesses they are getting money from however, subscriptions have been canceled numerous times and I was still charged for a long period of time.

Satisfied this time

I was able to confirm that My subscription had been cancelled this time, however I attempted last year for a javhub service I dont use because the cancellation attempt didn't work because my attempted cancellation was slightly after the new subscription year. Segpay really needs a reminder service before renewal of subscriptions automatically collected.

Poor customer support

After providing all details about an unknown charge on my PayPal account you were still unable to tell who's charging even with the ID stated in the PayPal charge.

My ticket has not been resolved by Segpay I had to figure it out myself.

At first I was concerned that the site didn't seem to be letting me cancel online, but indeed it did on the subsequent try. I also wrote to customer service and they replied and confirmed as well. I appreciated that.
