I charged be on Feb 4th which was okay. Then you charged me again on Feb 18th which was not ok. I only needed one month of subscription. I hope this is not a pattern with your company with other subscribers also.

I love everything I have seen on your site and so keen to get selling but im finding the verification process so hard, I have just moved to this country to life ( Portugal and they dont post or put addresses on the bank statements and I am staying at my friends house so all bills are in her name and my id like my drivers license are all in my irish address,

I tried your app and was unhappy with its performance. I wanted to try it for one day and I paid the dollar and then canceled 12 hours later are there about. I received confirmation from the processor letting me know that it had been canceled. I also received confirmation of cancellation from the Webpage Provider and then six hours later. I am notified that you charged me $39.95.

I made a request to cancel my subscription. I canceled in plenty of time before the deadline And I receive confirmation that it had been canceled, but you still charged me. I am working with PayPal to reverse the charge since your company has not addressed the problem.
