Couldn't complete transaction using segpay, after writing an email to them, they replied me accusing me of fraud and blocked my credit card and email. Now they want me to send a scan of my credit card and ID. It would be fine if only i did something wrong...

An Adult site named fetishnetwork.com, it was stated you could use trial and cancel whenever you want in the first month and you don't get charged.

They have charged me twice with 19 and 39USD!

The thing is: YOU CAN NOT EASILY CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP!

Its a scam company! They don't answer and refuse the chargeback!

I was charged & it came out of my checking account about $39.95 or perhaps a little more for making a payment to PayPal. I had no idea what Segpay was & disputed the charge. I called Segpay & got a customer service rep that could barely speak English & so I couldn't understand him. I gave the phone to my husband who was also unable to understand him. I then filed the complaint with PayPal who denied my claim. I followed PayPal's next suggestion & wrote into them explaining what happened. It's been nearly a week & I have yet to hear back. Segpay refuses to refund my money & I have no idea why they charged me. I don't want to use them. Now how do I cancel & how did I get them?

This is the worst online billing company. I joined one site adult site and got charged for two, I requested a refund on the second site and they refunded the amount and then without notice banned me from ever using their company again. I tried to explain what happened and they dod not care. I hope noone uses this comnay and justice is served and they loose all their customers.

I have tried several times to cancel my subscription but every time they say to check my email to confirm cancellation. There is never an email there. Not in my spam, not anywhere. I cannot cancel and they keep taking money from my credit card weekly.
Don't go anywhere near these thieves.

I was supposed to get a refund. The person (sounded like a kid, a boy) processed it and said to allow a week for it to show up. It has been nearly a month. I did get an email confirming the refund, but have yet to actually see it. Trying the Chat feature now... waiting... waiting... still waiting...

This is a warning to all people who think they will make a descreet payment with this payment processor.

To make it short, they don't care about data minimisation and just forward everything to their merchants. You think that the porn site you subscribe to gets some anonymized data or a purchase-ID? You are wrong. They get everything, your full name, your zip code, parts of the credit card number and much more. Just look at the merchant support:

That is how it looks like for a probably insecure random pornsite.

In do not understand why a pornsite needs all this information for a subscription. And even less I understand how this company is still allowed to deal with European customers, because the GDPR clearly says that personal data should be "adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed (data minimisation')".

Dear Segpay team: Please tell me why a pornsite needs my name or the expiration date of my credit card to handle a subscription.

They will probably change the information of the link, so be careful. If that's the case you can still read the (very long) privacy, it's really worth it. It's bad, very bad. Segpay is merchant-friendly and doesn't care about customers.

Atleast I tried 100 times for making a membership which was acquired by used the same credit card before but now it's declining perhaps no response from the customer care other than wait for 48 hours. Then why the hell you guys have chat service instant resolving promise. Useless piece of $#*! running this company... I don't realize why vendors running with this useless fools for payment attachment. $#*! off

One month ago I subscribed a porn site by mistake which costed me $95/yr, and one day after, I received another payment notification from another porn site on Segpay which I even didn't visit, it was $2 payment, I just left it behind, but yesterday I received a $300 payment notification on Segpay, also from a porn site I never visited, So I contact the customer services of Segpay, they promised to send me response in two days, after that I received a email from segpay to remind me of the issue processing, and this email was marked by Gmail as DANGEROUS!
Right now I don't expect any good response from Segpay, I have asked the bank to cancel my credit card and send me a new one. So everyone just listen carefully, when you see Segpay, CANCEL WHATEVER YOU ARE GOING TO PAY!

The customer service reps of this company gives ZERO respect to you, they treat you like some sort of parasites that they can't wait to get rid of. They toss you into an endless repetitive 'wait 48 hours' trick to which they don't follow up on until you reach out to them, they then will send you to upper management TO GET THIS WAIT ANOTHER 48 hours to which they originally NEVER RESPONDED TOO. AFTER that they make you wait yet another 48 hours to wait for a 'webmaster' to respond and if they don't respond you have to wait another 48 hours? THIS FLUKKIN company is the worse - Your ticket #FR******* just ISSUE MY REFUND dear god.

The CS even disconnects you when you try to explain to them the situations, EVEN WHEN the webmaster says REFUND this person they tell you to wait 48 hours, what the hell is up with these guys? They treat you like a flipping criminal.

I got scammed from them, they charged me USD 46.87 through FNWRS.COM or they sold my details to them. IT IS 100% THEM! Nobody else got ever my credit card number (which i only used once online for segpay, nothing else).

Segpay serves several inactive internet sites. After purchasing membership to one of those I tried to get help by complaining at the chat service, but our dialogue was soon cut off with a "thanks for using our service". After several attempts I gave them my opinion that this service was not acceptable. Then after this occurence I experience the cards I used on segpay are declined without reason on several payment places on the internet (incl. Segpay for sure), though verified by bank as ok.

After I renewed a subscription (with a real credit card having a zero balance on it), Segpay decided to cancel the transaction? Why? No reason given. I tried again and I was totally blocked by Segpay. I complained, a lot. Then I was told my case was being turned over to the "fraud" division. No fraud had been committed. Still, Segpay demanded to see scans of my driver's license and credit card. This had now been going on for over a week. No response, so I emailed Segpay. Two days later I get an email saying everything was okay now. Nope. Segpay totally lied. I escalated. I emailed every ten minutes until finally things were made right. How is this good customer service? Lie and defraud customers until they $#*! so much? Really, I think it's Segpay committing the fraud.

I subscribed to a porn site for two days and cancelled it because the content was garbage. Then a month after the first monthly payment I saw a suspicious $30 fee from this company. Turns out the porn site was well aware that I cancelled my account since they revoked my access but Segpay kept taking my money. It's a garbage smut peddling scram company. I'll watch my bank account forever now for anything with their name on it.

I have bought 4.99$ worth of tokens of an adult content site using this payment gateway. Then after 2 weeks weird transaction appeared on my debit card. First they charged 46$ then i had to call my bank and cancel the card and get another card. But unfortunately i thought first time was my mistake and not this gateway and used the new card to get another tokens for 4.99$. The new card didn't even used anywhere. Just used on this segpay thing. Yet after 2 week from the transaction again charged some customer support company around 49$. I had re change my card. So segpay is a scam site that steal your money never ever use this site to pay anything. They will steal your card details.

I took a temporary membership for a site. Within a month I cancelled this membership. I got a confirmation of my cancellation. Still every month the fee is drawn from my bank account. I reclaimed the money. Now they say they cannot find any record of my cancellation. It is pure fraud and theft!

Are you going to resolve my refund issue or not?

My bank are ok with initiating fraud enquiry, and i am not going to hold them back.

You have wasted an enormous amount of my time being in touch with your customer service people and it has been very stressful and even after 10 business after the refund was supposed to have been made, they were still saying silly things like, give us a few more days.

Look through the correspondence on your system i have given lots of identifying information in my original complaint on sitejabber

Hi Jeremy,

Sorry if there was any confusion. I was referring to the last communication I was able to track down at the time of my reply. It's possible you sent another message to our customer support team after that, which I wasn't aware of.

In any event, as mentioned, our support team told me that your transaction was in fact voided before it ever hit your account. The transaction ID you list below: 71422888 represents the reversal of $69.95. Again, that amount was voided and never charged to you. As far as the message you pasted from our billing support on March 29, it appears to be simply asking if you need further assistance.

If you are saying the charge is still on your account, please respond back to our support rep and let them know. It will be helpful to also include a screen grab of the charge from your bank statement, along with contact info for your bank. At that point we will contact your bank and, if in fact the charge is still there, we will refund it at that time.

To reiterate, we show the void in our system, so this should resolve your issue. If you disagree, please respond back to that March 29 message and we will take it from there.

Segpay represent a rotten adult entertainment company called fantasyhd
Segpay do the billing. I had a membership to a site called fantasyhd and was tricked by clicking on something, to sign up for a 69.95 euro additional adult movie service. The adult site concerned didnt even indicate after i made the mistaken click, that i had signed up for an additional expensive service. I requested a refund from segpay after i got an email that i had just been charged 69.95 euro. I chased it up and after a while no refund reflecting. I then checked again after 10 business days with no refund reflecting, and they told me to wait another 5 days. Instead i phoned in and was told there was no supervisor available to speak to. Segpay are disgusting and the company they do the billing for, fantasyhd are also evil the way they try and trick you to click on something that signs you up for another service
