Needs bit more life

I temporarily could not log in and thought my subscription had lapsed, so I tried to rejoin. However, your system recognized my subscription was active and declined the charge to my card. Very good!. Very reassuring.

Payments and Problems

I like the SegPay team approach to customer complaints or problems. Tenderness on communications and solutions is also very good.
The only subject I criticize is automatically renewing memberships with bank account information we entered Segpay.
Please leave the membership renewal preference to the customer.

How is my issue resolved when my account is still banned and you haven't gave me 1 explanation for days now i only take e-mails saying my problem is going to be escalated to another service. Therefore i am so sad that a site like yours couldn't take a couple of minutes to see what when wrong and my account is banned and i cant even take a refund #CS*******
