I have reached out to get my subscription canceled several times. I keep getting emails about everything other than my subscription being canceled. Even got a email about raving the service, which is horrible considering my problem hasn't been solved.
The agent I spoke with didn't actually address what I was asking and just repeated the standard response, so there is no resolution, and when I mean no resolution, I don't mean that they said "no we can't do what you're asking," I mean that they literally didn't answer the question posed to them. Not a good interaction at all.
