I was having trouble signing up for an annual membership. I sent a request to Segpay and they told me
They would cancel my 3 month (more expensive) subscription and then I could sign up for the lower
Annual rate. Worked seamlessly.

I am STILL getting charged

When notified of an unauthorized charge via Paypal, I quickly notified this company. Later, to find out the charge originated in Mexico, a country I have never visited or done business with. This company still refused to issue the credit. It was clear that they are out to get every penny they can by any means necessary. Where unauthorized to them, means shut up and pay it. I have never done business of any kind with this company and now never will.
