My credit card expiration date was recently extended. When Segpay tried to charge me, there was an issue with the processing of the monthly subscription. Instead of notifying me to try to correct the issue, they just cancelled my account. I had a special rate with the website of half the monthly subscription rate. When I asked that they just process my credit card again, they said that I would just need to resubscribe at the full monthly price. I only subscribed to the site because of the special price. This is poor customer service. Had they notified me of the issue immediately, I would have verified my card information and would have updated my information.
I have very happy with the service. It's nice to see that there is an easy way to ensure the sites are handled by professionals. Thanks all.

I subscribed, did t like the service Then request a refund. I never got my refund because they couldn't find my name. So I wasted money.
Had put in for a cancellation a few days before my renewal, Website couldn't find my subscription & neither could Segpay. By the time they finally found it I had been charged. When this was pointed out, Segpay credited my account. I was subscribed to Amour Angels & will be back in the fall winter again
