I was actually shocked at this encounter with how rude and unwilling to help the agent i chatted with was. I have never had any issues with Segpay before and they have always been very professional. She was totally unwilling to help and was blatantly rude and totally avoided acknowledging my request and situation, which was not resolved by any means.
They were very good at communicating with me and keeping my cc statements discreet.

Merchant does not satisfy or fulfills banks requirement (i. E. 3D secure payment gateway) therefore payment made by Visa credit card is declining by ICICI bank.
