I recently had occasion to report a transaction that I thought had been duplicated. One payment had been charged to my VISA by Bitmaster for €29.90 and the second a couple of days later to Segpay for the same amount.
I could not get anyone to understand what I was saying so I eventually raised a case with my credit card company, Barclaycard.
I am not sure if my complaint got lost in translation.
The website plainly says the videos will be on line as soon as payment is made. I paid, no service. I waited, no service. I called, bad language skills and heavy accent. He seem more confuse than any thing. Meanwhile I am still trying to get the video. The one I wanted was time sensitive. I finally gave up and canceled. I hung up and as I was closing the browser the video came on. Then a few seconds later it went off. Too late.

Want to cancel autopay for something that I do not even know what it is. Never was refunded the money ($15).
All purchases repeatedly declined, no valid reason given.

I didn't even get started because I couldn't find out my username and password. When I realized where it was I had already cancelled it. I take full blame but I didn't know the ads how it worked.

I had a good experience initially. I was assured my cancellation would be possible and go thru. I received confirmation of this on the 17, one day after I contacted them. However, the money was still pulled out of my account. I had to contact PayPal.
