These guys straight up take your money without authorization and refuse to respond to the dispute claim. DO NOT TRUST THEM. These guys took $65 CAD off of me.
Last month there was a complete MISUNDERSTANDING on my behalf in which I took full responsibility for is per message to SB. That resulted in my back refunding my last pay of $169.00 on April 15th. I reached out to SB to resolve the matter and was sent a message that I was reinstated. When trying to make a payment to SEGPAY there was a BLOCK to receive payment.

Ridiculous. With all the different fees and hidden expenses if not canceled specific date and time. I pick up different cards to try on different accounts. Nope nothing. So frustrated with different make it rich hidden fee crap

The first I was aware that there was any perceived problem with my account, was being informed that the account was cancelled. I should have been contacted by email the first time an issue arose, and the matter could have been resolved there and then. Instead there was a constant stream of messages back and forth. You were not even able to tell me what the actual problem was, and I was shunted between a numbder of people before your error was identified. This then resulted in my account being cancelled for a period of time unnecessarily.
