I received the absolutely worst customer service possible. What I was told would take 2 business days to resolve took 15 days. No one ever contacted, I always had to follow up. Front line support can't resolve or transfer a call. All they can say is "upper management will review your case and contact you within 48 hours." I was told the same thing every time I called. Hope we never cross paths again.

First, the man of the house started to get strange things on his phone. Next I knew not only were my cards not working but someone was purchasing porn on my disabled daughters SS money. People are real pieces of work, so when segpay took over it was done and forgotten. (except thanks) We can't still work out the rest yet. This was the only comfort I have got. Thx again.

Fast, efficient and reliable. I was hesitant at first, thinking they may be delays. But all was done well. Email response was fast and professional. Thank you.
There was no point (in the end) in contacting customer service. I noted in my email that I did not intentionally click on whatever area I did -but was instantly charged for an additional membership. I immediately contacted Segpay CS. Instead of reversing the charge, the charge was left and the membership was cancelled for future billings. I could have done that myself. I am left paying for a membership I didn't authorize or enter credit card details for. It is not worth disputing with the credit card company. But it is not a legitimate way to do business.
My issue was cleared up quickly, very happy. Issue was sorted out within an hour.
