While on the site I accidentally clicked the wrong link. And next thing you know they took $24 off my card! When I email the site, they only refunded $1 but not my $24 I immediately cancelled the subscription so I don't understand why I couldn't get my refund.

Member of Secret Benefits for several months. Most all info I check with site is that it is not illegal. I would not deal with it if I thought what they were doing was illegal to purchase coins and participate in the site. It is just a way to meet someone of the opposite sex who is younger, your own age or older then you. I am 72 I don't hit the bars. Very little info I see on the net says Secret Benefits is a scam. I mention this as I thought maybe the reason my purchases are not going through is that my two banks have info that S. B. is a scam/illegal so they are doing me a favor. After several discussions with their securities they don't take that position. They both say they do not know why the sale does not go through and that they are not stopping it. SB site itself was hard to get them to see the problem but with your input now I should be able to make a purchase. I have not tried yet as I wanted to buy a proper pre-paid card that handles internet and overseas. I got one last night at Sams's Club and today will attempt a purchase of about 56 U.S. dollars. I will let you know if it works. I appreciate your help.

The service could of been better I tried to cancel the night before so it would t not renew as I needed the money in my account and it told me there was nothing then I was charged 84dollars the next day for two sites and I still haven't gotten my refund

As you suggested in the e-mail in response to my report, I sent the e-mail to the provider of the services for which you act as intermediary in the online payment services. In this case CAM4.com, which requested all the documentation of the purchases made to me, as if there were doubts about what I stated in the contact email and the problem report.
That is, the lack of discounts to be applied to subsequent purchases of tokens packages.
On the other hand, there are digital transactions that prove what I have stated.
