Subscription was cancelled but not by me. When I called customer service they said they saw no reason why the subscription was cancelled. When I asked if my subscription could be turned back on for auto renewal. I was told my inquiry would be escalated and I would hear back in 24 to 48 hours. That was 4 days ago. My case was assigned to Jessica P. Ticket ID #CS*******. I have not heard back but Segpay did send two emails to rate their service. So rate I did. I was going to join another website but when I saw Segpay was the billing agent, I decided not to join. I will be cancelling all websites I have open that Segpay is the billing agent.

Be careful not to access some websites as these charge you for it even if you don't use the site they don't tell you which ones you get charged for until you accidentally open them and bam they've got you

Two weeks before my subscription lapsed I either forgot my password or something. I sent a message stating that. Customer service tech discussed an earlier communication I made when I didn't recognize the charge on my cc bill. Never mentioned ir acknowledged my request for help logging in. Ant the tech's response started 3dsys before my subscription expired. And concluded with their last communication 1day after it expired. I list two weeks of a 30 purchase because of it. The whole exchange seemed suspicious because my complaint about no access was never addressed until it was too late
