Issues with site

I was having issues getting the site to function properly on my devices and couldn't resolve the issues. I reached out to support and asked about a refund and Jerome helped me and was awesome. Easiest customer service issues I've ever dealt with. Super helpful and very fast.

Either a4a or segway thinks my account is fraudulent? 99% of emails I have received are from accounts 3000-7000 miles away with no pictures, advertising other sites but I cannot put a $25.00 charge on my account to use more features?
