This company may appear legitimate, however, they do not tell you the whole story or answer your questions. They tell you only enough to stay within legal liability. Total disaster and very costly. BEWARE... DON'T USE THEM... FRAUD. Paid for tickets that could not be used. They lied and refused a refund for their fraud, jerked me around. TERRIBLE COMPANY, FRAUD COMPANY.

As other's mentioned, you will likely pay double for tickets you can find elsewhere for cheaper, and while I can get past that, what I CAN NOT get past is that you DON'T GET YOUR TICKETS FOR WEEKS... for an ELECTRONIC TRANSFER! So basically I purchased tickets, and am getting them (supposedly) electronically just days before the concert, so I'll have a short time frame to even resell them. After a good 35 minute argument on the phone with their customer service, I realized the only thing I could do is make others aware of this horrible company before they make the same mistake I did.
I was satisfied because the Rep. Had another seat available when the first one was taken. Now I am looking forward to requesting their Services each time.
DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM. The tix were expensive, but the main problem is that they did not disclose their "surcharge" of $100. I only found out after I had purchased the tickets. And them there was no way for me to make a complaint. The number was computer-only; there was no way to talk with an actual human being. I will be filing a complaint with BBB.
I bought tickets to a concert. The concert was canceled do to covid. I because of health reasons am unable to go to any concerts in the future. They refused to give me a refund evan though they took my money. I was informed that if i don't use the refund in a certain time that I forfeit my money. That is criminal and I am contacting the prosecutors office to filed charges against them. I recommend everyone who has the sMe issue to do the same. Also contact the bbb and make a complaint. These people where paid back by the concert venue almost double what I paid for.

I am not one to take time out of my day to write reviews. However, this is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. My event was didn't happen due to Covid-19, and after 2 months of trying to call to get in touch with someone, and emailing their sales team, I finally received a response saying I couldn't get a refund until the venue officially cancelled the event. Today, the event was cancelled, and they emailed me saying I would only receive a store credit. Naturally, I called to find out why I wouldn't be issued a refund like I was told via email over a month ago. They were condescending on the phone, trying to explain Covid-19 to me, and said no one would be receiving a refund. Absolutely the worst customer service i've ever experienced. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I ordered a ticket as a present for my wife more than a month before the show.
They emailed me to let me know that the order was complete and that I will receive the ticket before the show. I've NEVER received it, and when I called 10 times for help it was always "It's not our fault, it's our seller, we can't help you".
WORSE WEBSITE EVER and WORSE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM.

I searched for some concert tickets on google and Secured Box Office was the first site to pop up. I thought this site was the only option available since the tickets sold out fast. However I later learned I could have just gotten them through LiveNation instead. Secured Box Office charged $100 dollars more for my ticket order. The funny thing is that the tickets I purchased from Secured Box Office just happened to be someone elses LiveNation tickets. Upon opening up the ticket transfer email, I get an error message saying that the there is some kind of error. I'm unable to access the tickets.
When calling their customer service all they told me was that they'd send the email again to my secondary email. They couldn't give me an exact date as to when that email would be coming through and even if the email would solve the problem. So I'm sitting here unsure if these tickets will ever come through before the concert actually happens. I'm pretty sure they just lost my tickets and are just placating me because they have no idea what happened to them. They also refused to give me any kind of refund. This site is a SCAM.
Bought tickets for the Impractical Joker's shower for the summer of 2020. The show was rescheduled and then canceled because of COVID (understandably). When tickets were originally purchased it was said that shows that were canceled would be refunded, however, they will only give Secure Box Office credit. The show I purchased tickets for did not happen, so I want my money back. Many of us are hurting now because of COVID, however, that does not make it ok to refuse to provide us with a refund for a service we did not receive.

This was a terrible ticket service! I ordered tickets online. It was approved. Then I received a note that the purchase was canceled and I should call my credit card company. I did that and the credit card company called SecureBoxOffice and STAYED ON THE LINE while I went through the process again. SecureBoxOffice agent approved the tix and I received an email confirming that. A few minutes later, I received another email notifying me that the order was canceled. The credit card company didn't know what to think and neither do I!
The girl I spoke to in customer service was so processional understanding and helpful I could not have asked for better experience with a customer service representative!
SCAM! SCAM! Please listen to everyone when they say DO NOT BUY FROM SECUREBOXOFFICE. They will never give you a refund no matter what your unique situation is and there is no way of speaking to a supervisor.
