If I could give 0 stars, I would. The company will not give refunds even when the event was cancelled and was giving refund to ticket holders. Their prices are terrible. To try to get some money back, I was forced to buy tickets from them to other events. A $45 priced ticket was sold for $200 and then they charge service fees. When my tickets did not arrive as promised, I repeatedly called, emailed and did instant messages. Each time I was on hold for at least an hour. Once, the automated system said the hold time was 5 minutes but after 75 minutes I gave up and requested an email come to my address. They say that it is quicker to email. Don't believe them. I never received an email. When emailing them from their "contact" box on their website, I never received a reply. I have asked for a manager to call me but as of now, I have not gotten a call. The representatives will not connect you to a supervisor. One rep did say they had weekly meetings and I begged him to let his management know that customers are irate.
I finally received an email. It includes the name of the original ticket purchaser who supposedly will meet me at the gate? I called the phone number listed and it doesn't get answered and there is no voice mailbox set up. Total scam. Never, never do business with them.
I purchased 4 tickets for a Santana show this year, the concert has been canceled, or in other words (just semantics) postponed for 2021. The original tickets are offered FULL by Live Nation refund to unhappy customers but this terrible site offers you NOTHING. They just hung up on me. You have no support from them. They charged me $25 per ticket and I get nothing on return. The original owner can get FULL refund and I will be stuck with 4 worthless tickets. Order #*******, paid amount $447.82 (4 tickets). STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
I don't believe a single one of these 5 star reviews. This place will TRIPLE CHARGE YOU. Their prices are at least twice what every other site is and they try to cover that with "third party" bs but lets be real. Ticket master is 3rd party and they are HALF the price. This place is nothing but a scam, they dont care about their customers, just the next buck in their pockets.
I purchased tickets through secure box office for a play that is not on the venue of the place I purchased the tickets. I called the theater to determine if the play was still going to be shown due to COVID 19 and they informed me that the play was never on the current list of plays at the theater. I can not get hold of anyone at secure box office. I get in this cycle of robo messages on line and on the phone. I have turned this dispute over to my credit card company and hopefully this scam will be resolved.
As with so many of us, We had a concert that was originally scheduled for 2020 and then rescheduled for November 1,2021. We got notified the night before that due to Covid, the concert was canceled and not being rescheduled. Secure Box Office sent an email the following day stating that they are no longer able to offer refunds for events that have been canceled. Instead, they did issue a store credit to be used in the future which was more than the total value of our order.
My issue with this is that while I appreciate the store credit, I would've liked to have been given the option to speak with someone. Nowhere in that email did it say we had a month to contact them first or anything. I love concerts and so my husband and I figured we would use the credit at some point and go to one. It is five months later and due to medical issues, I'm unable to do so. I called the Box Office today and explained my situation and they wouldn't make any exceptions. I said to them that I didn't want any extra money refunded to me. I just wanted what I paid for the two tickets to be refunded and for them to understand that extenuating circumstances to happen. They said they couldn't do anything. I think that's really just a lack of understanding and customer service.
Naturally I was in a hurry and wanted to get Vday gifts out of the way. I unfortunately clicked this site which I later noticed had "Ad"
Next to it. Long story short they charged more than 3 times face value. That is their business model. Ultimately I paid over $400 for 4 tickets that would have been about $150 had I coreectly gone to the venues site or true vendor.

I purchased tickets over a year ago and was denied a refund. I completely understand that COVID 19 caused venues to stay closed but the concert remains cancelled - no reschedule and I still can't get a refund.
We had purchased tickets to a concert that was to be held in May, it was rescheduled due to Covid19, when we were notified of the change, we were told we had the option for a refund due to the circumstances. The concert has been rescheduled again to October due to Covid. We are not able to attend the concert and requested a refund. They are refusing to refund the tickets now.

I bought tickets for The Weeknd for family members and myself valued at over $1000. COVID-19 hit and The Weeknd rescheduled and I tried applying for a refund then but I was told that unless if the event is cancelled I don't qualify to get a refund. Fast forward The Weeknd completely cancels the whole tour and I get an email saying "due to too many events being cancelled, we can longer offer refunds and will be issuing credits instead" I have fought with them and they will not put me through to a supervisor nor will they refund the money because they aren't secure box office but instead another company doing sales for secure box office. So we have been scammed and are being robbed and apparently we should just be happy with a "credit". Worst box office service ever!

This low life company refuses to issue refunds, store credit only even though their site says FULL COMPENSATION OF TICKET PRICE AND ALL FEES I THE EVENT AN EVENT IS CANCELLED. Call in to TN AG. On November I, 2019 used their website "Secure Box Office. Com" to purchase tickets for a 5/******* concert. I went through the process on the website to select and pay for the tix. The final cost of the tickets was not disclosed until after I entered my Amex CC information and the card was charged with out my approval. This is totally inappropriate and illegal. A vendor cannot make a charge to your CC account with out your approval.
I didn't approve of the final price and contacted SBO their answer was that all sales were final. I contacted Amex to dispute the charge. The Amex customer service rep contacted them and was given the answer that all sales were final and Amex didn't get it that the card was charged without my approval. SBO still insists that the final price is disclosed before charging the card. There are many, many complaints similar to this one on this and the BBB site. How do you stop these crooks?

They staff was very friendly, patient and helpful to accommodate us for wheelchair accessible accommodations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
We don't go to many concerts, but my wife's birthday was a special occasion so I went online the day the tickets released to make sure we could get tickets. Sadly, I was a fool. We purchased tickets from Secure Box Office only to discover we paid over twice as much as we can now buy them for on TicketMaster with NO refund or resale option. Additionally, they can't even assure me that the five tickets we bought will even sit next to each other. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in myself and the service at this extremely horrible site.

This is by far the worse place to every purchase tickets. They are triple the price of any other website. I recently had an event cancel due to covid and they refuse to issue me a refund. They will only allow me to use a credit from their site that only last 18 months. With the state of the world as it is I am not sure we will be having events anytime soon. The customer service rep hung up on me and basically told me there was nothing they can do!

Company emailed that our tickets are now good for the rescheduled event later in the year. We bought tickets for ourselves and 2 friends. None of us are available on that date. The recording that I got says NO REFUNDS will be made. THIS IS NOT RIGHT.
