NO refunds (concert changed due to Covid) they say you can sell them but you don't RECEIVE them until the week of the show. NOONE is reachable by phone and e-mail is a joke. *** DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, COMPLETE SCAM***

I purchased 3 tickets to Hamilton before the pandemic. The show was cancelled and rescheduled several times. I had no decision in the rescheduled dates chosen for me. I called to get a refund, was put on hold, then told they would not be issuing any refunds, but that I could resell the tickets by finding an online site on my own. I asked about the insurance I purchased and was told they could not help me with that either. I was charged more than 3 times the price of the same tickets selling on the venue's site. This company charged my card for more than $3,000.00 for tickets in the left orchestra section, an obstructed view, for tickets worth only $200.00 on the venue site. There should be some type of regulations in place and enforced for a company knowingly deceiving customers, especially during a pandemic. While you are free to make your own decisions, I would encourage you to give your business directly to the venue if possible. You will save yourself hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. The venue offered full refunds to this same canceled and rescheduled event, so I cannot make sense of why this company did not do the same for its customers.

This site lies to you about the prices. After checking out you are charged a much higher rate then what you saw before checking out. Customer service is not helpful.

Show canceled by theater due to covid 19 closure. Florida governor closed all businesses 48 hours before the event. I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Got my tickets

Bought tickets for Steve Martin and Marty Short. The show was postponed. Fast forward 14 months couldn't find the tickets. They used my order ID number to resend my tickets. Finally getting out!

AVOID THIS SITE! Not a responsible business. I had an event cancelled and the venue refunded to money to the seller, but SecureBoxOffice refused to provide the refund to me even though their site specifically states a "guarantee" for full refund if an event is cancelled. Their guarantee is GARBAGE!

Started very good with digital ordering platform. Tanked from there. Delivery not made according to email notification. Well, ok, I'll wait 48 hours as directed. No delivery. Then no less than 6 calls and endless hours on hold. Why? Tickets returned to sender. Sent to BILLING ADDRESS NOT shipping address. Then to WRONG ZIP CODE. Then "tickets are literally here in our office, waiting for (my) call and instructions." Then. Get this: Sent to AR which is Arkansas, not AZ which is where i am in AriZona. Then dont leave (my) housde because the tickets will arrive via overnight delivery THEN. THEN. "NO, Sir, we will NOT CANCEL THE TICKETS OR REFUND YOUR MONEY because its not the date of the event yet." Note: Each service person was friendly and seemed helpful, but this company doesnt give them authority to fix problems. They have you by the short hairs.

DO NOT use this company for your concert tickets! They will take your payment, promise you tickets two days before the event and offer no contact there after. My event was cancelled and they sent me a message they were CHANGING their policies and only giving STORE CEDIT now, no refunds! In good faith, I overpaid for two tickets plus fees because the Birmingham Stapelton concert was filling up and now they will not refund $500+. Beware FRAUD!

The company's business is a SCAM! They price their tickets very high to give their consumers the illusion that they will get their money's worth but in actuality they are selling the most undesirable tickets. I bought tickets for a basketball game from their website that was zone seating. I paid a decent amount of money in hopes that I would receive a seat worth the amount of money I paid for them. When I received the tickets they were in the second to last row with and obstructed view. I went on Ticketmaster and saw that there were front row seats being sold for the same amount of money the I purchased my tickets. I called Secure Box Office customer support and was pretty much mocked the entire conversation. The representative acted like she did not understand the concept of the scam and sarcastically informed me the my complaint will go to upper management. I was able to buy better tickets from another site but it is important to me that no one is ripped off like this again. Please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SecureBoxOffice.com

Scammers & Thieves

My husband asked for tickets to John Edward for Christmas. The show was not until January. I searched google and this scam of a website came up first in the search (my fault for not realizing it wasn't ticketmaster) The tickets seemed very expensive and were $600 for 2 but I jumped on it because I thought maybe it was a private or small group. As soon as I hit purchase I realized it was general admission which on a real website was selling for $100 each. Within seconds after hitting purchase (which was over 60 days prior to the show date) I immediately called to cancel and couldn't get through. I sent an email, disputed through paypal and my credit card company and these thieves would not bend and continued to say there were no cancellations (even though it was seconds after I hit purchase and the show was still months away). They charged me almost $700 for tickets that should have been $200 and I was seated almost the back row of a packed room. They had a VIP ticket if I would have purchased them through a real company that were$200 a ticket with a meet and greet. DO NOT use this company, they are horrible and should be shut down!
