It was very quick although I don't have my tickets yet and I would like to speak to someone I purchased my tickets over the phone and I hope they will be here on time
Scam! Do not purchase your tickets through this website! They charge 3 times as much as face value and you will not get your money back.
Absolute rip off no customer service. Bought tickets before Covid and the will not refund fo cancelled events. Do not use this company
I don't know seating at the Fox theater so call metrotix and they help me get good seats at my price point!

After ordering tickets to a baseball game, I received three emails stating that my tickets would be emailed shortly and that I needed to "accept" them. I checked my inbox and spam time and time again and never received the tickets. I took my family to the game and bought new tickets at the box office. I then contacted secure box office and asked that they simply refund my money ($130.38, around $50 more than at the park). They told me that the tickets were transferred and that they would not do that. They were essentially calling me a liar. I placed another call. This time I thought I would find someone who cared about the customer. I did not. This woman decided to try to patronize me and then I asked for a supervisor. I didn't get one. Instead I got another random worker who claimed he was the highest up the ladder. He gave me the same song and dance. As if I wanted to be on the phone for hours. He proceeded to tell me that "I failed to access the tickets that were sent." I replied that I never got the tickets and he then attempted to hang up on me.
This company does not care about you in any way. They will never do the right thing for their customers and are crooks. I assure you that I never got an email with tickets. There was nothing to access, yet the company still insists on saying that I am wrong. I have disputed the sale with my bank and I hope that works before I have to take them to court.
You can see the two emails I received after my email was confirmed here and after they were sent, there was nothing else. Not from them, the league, venue or team.
DO NOT TRUST SECURE BOX OFFICE! THEY ARE FRAUDS!
DO not use this company! They do not follow their own policy! I am filing a lawsuit for fraud and stealing my money as well as false advertisement!
They phish off of other sites (the legitimate site) and tell the event is nearly sold out even if the tickets haven't even gone on sale yet.
Overall experience was grate and staff was easy to work with. Time was fast and no wait what so ever would use this again and time. Staff was amazing
The gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable. Me, being a senior citizen appreciated his patience.
I paid double the retail price from what the venue charged. I will try to dispute my credit card but not sure if that will work. Stay far far away.
Called and was able to get someone in a few mins, he answered all my questions and completed my order quickly.
