I placed a order 3 days ago with secretsales.com. Without realizing i forgot to add on a collect+ label. I telephoned SecretSales and spoke to a lovely man called Ethan who was very helpful. After explaining he agreed to send me a free collect+ label couldn't have asked for more. Would highly recommend this company.
I decided to use this website after reading the good reviews. But now I doubt that how they get all the excellent feedbacks. Ordered some leather goods. I just don't know how to express my disappointment when I opened the parcel. The items are looked so fake. You don't have to be an expert to tell that. They don't even try to make it looks like authentic goods. I rang the customer service. The guy insisted that items are not fake and I should unwrap the items and have a close look at all the details. Well, I refused to do so because I am not sure once I take off all the wrapping and tapes, is it still considered as "unopened and unused". The guy said:" Well, it is not fake. You can return it f you like. But you need to pay the delivery charge." Then he cut off the line. How rude. That is my story. You may have a good experience with this website. But I don't. No matter how lucrative the deal sounds, I will never shop with them.

I was really excited to use this website, so signed up and looked t buy a bracelet for £19 - £25 with delivery
It never confirmed my purchase and took the money out of my account, THREE TIMES! I'm down £75, this is absolutely appalling! I have never been so shocked by a online website! I have written two complaint letters and have had no return!
Not only does Secretsales offer great items t great prices, it introduces you to brands you would never have known about. My favourite is Nife which offers classic clothing at amazing prices. Secretsales purchases are backed with great service meaning you know if something does go wrong (and lets face it - nothing is perfect!) they are there and happy to help resolve. Secretsales is definitely my "go to" site
I often go on to browse the site and always ended up buying fab products. The website is easy to use, the refine facility is very useful. Easy to navigate, even on my 'phone. Love the site, totally addicted! Often fantastic brands well reduced too. I've saved an absolute fortune. Though I imagine I've spent one too! Love it.
I ordered an expensive coat which was reduced but still pricey it arrived wothout the belt, I contacted them and was initially advised to keep it and they would request a replacement belt to be sent out. Great was well happy. Day's later told they couldn't do that as the next customer would have sane issue! Ah ok great!
My SS refund was unpaid, after 7 weeks I called SS. They were able to issue my refund over a call - they said this had not been processed as the item was sent to the incorrect address. I had to pay for a pre-paid return label via their website which automatically gives SS address - this was a blatant lie!
You have to be vigilant of your refund if returning an item - buyers be aware!
I've been a customer of SecretSales for a few years now and have always been pretty happy. BUT recently I ordered 2 bags from them for which they took the money from my account the next day. Finally after about 6 weeks 1 bag arrived. I disputed with them that only 1 bag was delivered and after about 5 weeks they replied saying that they sent 2 and that HERMES the courier company delivered the parcel so for them the dispute is closed and I will not be receiving a refund.
SO basically I'm £49 poorer, without my bag I'm really angry with this company who showed a total lack of care and understanding.
I will never order from them again and I warn you to beware as basically they are thieves who take your money and don't deliver the goods.
Love secret sales, have lots of designer bargains for brands that I would of been paying full price for. Love that they reward you with vouchers and these soon add up to give you a further discount of items. I would definitely recommend them to my friends

I've been shopping with secretsales for a while now and I've bought lots from designer brands that I love and discovered new brands that are fantastic from home to fashion products. The customer service is fast and helpful and I would definitely recommend the site.
Love shopping at Secretsales. The website is easy to use both over my mobile and my desktop. Their customer service rep. S have been really helpful and if, for any reason, there are delays they are helpful and proactive to resolve the issue. I've come across some pieces that I wouldn't have if I was using a conventional department store. Love it and love my stuff!
Designer Quality for H&M Prices!
I have been shopping regularly with Secretsales for over a year now! The quality of the clothing is fantastic and the brands on offer for the prices stated is unbelievable!
The website always regularly updates with new sales and the range of clothing and accessories means there is truly something for everyone.
Sometimes the sizes are off (but that's more because of the manufacturer than Secretsales.) Delivery sometimes take a longer time time than expected but eventually all the orders make it home!
The Returns process is great - and customer service equally so!

Although a bit fashion conscious for me, I like it that they have recently changed their delivery system so that provided you have done enough shopping recently, you don't have to pay for delivery - so I can just buy something inexpensive and not have to pay a load of delivery cost on top. I does make me use them more, so it was a good idea of theirs!
I am a very regular shopper at secret sales, the reason for this is that I always seem to find designer products which I am attracted to and at usually low prices, the added incentive for me purchasing more is the loyalty system, I receive e vouchers to spend and at the moment free postage. On occasions they also offer discounts for loyal customers which makes the already great offers amazing offers so I couldn't really ask for more. Keep the fantastic offers coming secret sales!
