Just bought a guess watch and 2 bracelets. Having few items from guess I must say that the products that I bought from secret sales are all fake. On all the plastic bags that come with the watch and bracelets says made in China. Just paid £80 for the watch which I think it's a reasonable price but quality very poor. I won't order anymore from this website. Thank you
I really enjoyed shopping at Secret Sale. They have remarkably beautiful items especially handbags and at the best price.The service is great and I love that Secret Sale reminds me personally of when my preferred brand will be on sale. I just hope that they can deliver the items earlier. Apart from that, it's the best place for online shopping.

The minute i placed an order i will get update till the order have been despatch and if am not happy with any thing i buy from secretsales a quick refund will be issue. I really like shopping on Secretsales. I almost visit the website of Secretasles every day. Usually, I can find some surprises. Secretsales not only provides nice products but also provides satisfactory prices. Not long ago, I met some problems with my order. I emailed to Secretsales and the Service Team replied to me in a very short period time. They were willing to help me solve the problems and I was really satisfied with their services.
Ordered my daughter some trainers they arrived and were too small so looked at returns policy and I had to pay I also don't have a printer so went onto live chat to get a response of well that's not our problem I said well I'll just chick £32 away then she then replied okay! Absolutely ridiculous having to pay to return something I've never had to before so I've literally had to throw them away as you can't even exchange them won't be shopping on there again!
I heard about secretsales and was initially sceptical that the huge discounts were really available across such a variety of brands and goods. Ive been using secret sales for about 11 months now and was told by my boss about it. As everyone else is, i was dubious as to wether this was a genuine site selling real goods as it is hard to come by now adays but now 11 months on and literally loads of purchases later i can honestly say it is a great company selling great products. I have even had scenarios when i have needed to speak to customer services and they are fantastic at responding and i havent had a negative experience with them to date. Im shocked at some of these reviews on this site and really believe me when i tell u the company is really good. Hopefully this helps anyone who is considering using the website... happy purchasing.
Do NOT use this on line retailer. Merchandise is not as described and returning items was made virtually impossible. The only way to make returns is if you pay postage and claim it back. I am still waiting on a free returns label which was put in 2nd class post and has not arrived after 2 weeks. Customer services refused to give me their name so I have contacted trading standards. DO NOT USE THEM.
