I have not used this site before and was a little cautious as to how it would be, good or not so good. However it was excellent. Helpful staff over payment, excellent slippers, well packed and have no problem in using it again.

Very positive experience today with SecretSales.

Placed an order fpr a number of items, only to notice an hour later that I had an email offering 20% further off all orders.

Unable to amend an order on the website, I emailed their customer care dept. Within 15minutes, they had replied, with the discount code applied and an instruction to refund to my credit card.

Superb experience, and a very happy customer. Kudos to SecretSales and particularly Wendy in their customer care department.

I bought a pair of Red Valentino ankle boots and they were listed as 63% off £560, so £210. But after I had purchased them I checked the Valentino website and the same boots were actually £320, so i was getting closer to 30% off, a big difference. I queried it with the customer services and their response was this is what our buyers said it is worth, so clearly their buyers didn't look at the official Red Valentino website. Or it's not an authentic Red Valentino boot and their suppliers lied.

They lie about their pricing to make it seem like you are getting a really good deal. I've launched a complaint with the Advertising Standards Authority because it's clearly misleading advertising and I have the screen shots to prove it.

Secretsales had a promotion on for London fashion week with a special discount code for a 30% discount. I clicked on the banner and added 3 items to my basket however when I applied the discount code it said it was invalid. I phoned a member of their customer service team and asked her to check each of the items individually to see if the code was valid for them. She told me that the promo code was applicable and that after I placed the order I should screenshot the items to their customer service email in order for the discount to be credited. I did so and got a different customer service rep who was now telling me that the items were not part of the collection and that I had made an error. I tried to explain to them that I was misinformed by a member of their team however they were extremely dismissive and unhelpful, did not even review the recorded telephone call or agree to cancel the order and refund my money. Terrible terrible terrible. Will never use secret sales again

I would really recommend this web site to keep in mind if you look for smth really nice and the same time want to save money. As for me I saved a lot of money during almost three years. The service is great, always helpful. Thanks a lot

I was refused a refund of over £100. Because there was a sticker stuck to the show box. Nothing wrong with the product. I will never use this company again

I was initially euphoric to find this site with such attractive quality designer-items at affordable prices, and now, 10 months into my, `0nly £30.00p. Postage, per year for all items purchased, feel just as confident in this shopping service. As I am visually challenged, I`m an exacting customer and glitches (which have been only 2) have been calmly, politely and efficiently sorted out by free phone.The deliveries are on schedule, and if only other large internet corporations showed such car our lives would be so much less stressful imho. Yes, some goods can be had at less cost, PLUS BIG postal charges. I like the personal touch of, `How did we do?` in keeping up standards. This site ticks all the most vital boxes, and I remain pleasantly surprised at being alerted to brands which I like minus `the hard sell.` I recommend it highly, as reliability and accountability are necessities for me. And here, they are still in fashion.

I'm a regular secret sales user and why not with good quality brands and goods for resonable prices. It's easy to return or exchange an item if needed. Also their new loyalty scheme give me added insentive to keep coming back!
