Emails to inform you of sales, easy to use site with good product info and most importantly great brands at great prices. Loyalty scheme tops it all off with spendable credits and free postage! Be up early to get your size as sales open at 7am. I am more than happy with my purchases and can highly recommend the whole experience. I will continue to be a satisfied regular customer, and look forward to more bargains but I fear the secret is

I have been using Secretsales for a few years now, and look forward to their e mails, and the brands that they will be featuring.
They have always got great brands on offer, and at prices that make them a great bargain, and really affordable.
I have recommended them to lots of people, and they have all been impressed.
The service is always good, and things arrive nicely packaged, and just as you ordered them.
I have no problem at all in recommending them to anyone who likes great, must have items at must have prices

I have been using the secret sales site, for over 2 years, I have found the site incredibly easy, it keeps me updated on expected delivery times, and actual delivery dates, I have found the goods to be of the highest quality.
I can without fear of contradiction, recommend this company.

I am a genuine shopper with Secretsales.com, I check the latest sale before I even get out of bed!
The value for money and choice is unbeatable, including Vintage designer items that you just can't find on the high street.
Their loyalty scheme is very generous and their customer care is exceptional.

The only problem is... I keep forgetting it's a Secret! I can't help but blab everytime someone notices my new bag, or shoes, or scarf, or jewellery, or dress...!

This is the best website you will find anywhere--Fantastic designer bargains--which are genuine and not just the last years good no one wants--all this season at amazing prices. Everything is soooo simple, even the checkout will store your deatils--but only if you want it too. Postage, you can track your package--what more could you ask for.

Awful experiance!
I paid £5.95 for the postage of 2 items -> first item was too small despite using measurments from their website, second product was faulty as half of the fairy lights did not work and now I have to return both for additional £3.95 to send it back! By the way how funny that posting exactly the same product costs more by £2 when it comes from them! By becoming their customer and using Secret Sales website I am £9.90 out of pocket and am left with nothing!

I have ordered products which have taken 1 month to arrive and had to send them back.
Reasons being: broken suitcase being delivered. It was packaged poorly and delivered broken. 2) I bought a watch which was priced at over £1000 - I paid £180 and although it looked similar to what I had ordered it was not the same watch. I question it being genuine as this was not the first time I bought something which was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Quite frankly it's abusing customers time and energy and money. It's False advertising, fake products and it's no way to be treating customers. They are in breach on so many ways - when it comes to them - they know what's good for them and have little time for their customers.
I honestly think that people should stay away.

I chose to return one of the items that they sent me and a few months later the money still haven't been returned! So I contacted them and they said that they need tracking number, because they couldn't find it in the warehouse and they can't do anything without that. I hadn't kept number, so there's £30 gone!

If want some hassle and you are looking forward to conversations with customer service then by all means buy from them!

I have used Secret Sales in the past and haven't been disappointed as I only purchased from known brands. However I spotted a lovely coat today from a brand named EMASS (never heard of before?!). It was at £115 which isn't unreasonable for a fashionable coat but the original price was down at £350 which is quite a lot! I decided to google EMASS coats and a Ukrainian website popped up - long story short - they sell it for 2500 rph which is £70!
I can't say anything bad about buying known brands from them - but would never ever buy from them unless the brand is really well known!
Always do your research!

I ordered a few handbags from Secret Sales as I only liked couple of them so wanted to return the rest and only had one return label as the bags were quite big so I needed another return label. I had enquired whether they can send another return label without me paying for another label.The matter was dealt with quickly and efficiently without any hassle from the advisor and sent me return label straight away to my email without any extra cost as I could return my goods on the same. Brilliant customer service. I am always happy with the goods I purchase with secret sales.

I ordered a jacket via secret sales at the beginning of February with an estimated dispatch of 7th march. This date passed and I'd heard nothing so I emailed their customer service team who told me there was a delay and gave me a new date. I chased this more than 5 times - each time requesting an update and that my postage and packaging cost be refunded. I received vague replied and no acknowledgment of the P&P refund. I chased this again recently to be told, 14 weeks after I placed my order, that they were unable to fulfill the order and had given me an online credit to cover the cost. As I will never order from them again I have asked for the money to be refunded to my card instead.

Wouldn't recommend Secret Sales at all, especially when other website e. G brandalley have had the same item available since and I've never had an issue with them.
