I ordered an expensive coat which was reduced but still pricey it arrived wothout the belt, I contacted them and was initially advised to keep it and they would request a replacement belt to be sent out. Great was well happy. Day's later told they couldn't do that as the next customer would have sane issue! Ah ok great!
Tip for consumers: If you get something missing in your order, just send it back and get refund and re order.
