Firstly, customer service is second to none. No quibbles, compensation when something goes wrong and speedy replies and action. Also a keen response to customer opinion shown by the introduction of a returns prepaid label service and also the excellent loyalty scheme.
On the range of products, it is extensive both in type and level of quality. Handbags for instance range from top of the range designers through good quality Italian and Spanish makes to cheap and cheerful quirky styles. I would appreciate the occasional price slashing event or clearance. Although the items are reduced quite a lot we no longer have the lovely super bargain offers that were originally on offer. The possibility of buying a Valentino bag for £100 would have me setting my alarm clock the night before!
I also appreciated the changing of the telephone number from an 08 premium rate to a cheaper 03. This company definitely has a finger on the pulse of what customers want. I would recommend them to anybody and no praise is too high.

Have been a regular customer of Secret Sales for a number of years now, and love the wide variety of brands and items on offer, always at fantastic prices! Have tried a number of similar websites, but have found Secret Sales to be the best in terms of variety, reliability, and customer service. My local Hermes delivery team deserve a mention too. Items are always delivered on time, and with a cheery smile. I ordered a Stella McCartney mobile phone case for my daughter just a few days ago, and this was delivered yesterday. She absolutely loved it! Thank you Secret Sales. Keep up the great work.

I decided to use this website after reading the good reviews. But now I doubt that how they get all the excellent feedbacks. Ordered some leather goods. I just don't know how to express my disappointment when I opened the parcel. The items are looked so fake. You don't have to be an expert to tell that. They don't even try to make it looks like authentic goods. I rang the customer service. The guy insisted that items are not fake and I should unwrap the items and have a close look at all the details. Well, I refused to do so because I am not sure once I take off all the wrapping and tapes, is it still considered as "unopened and unused". The guy said:" Well, it is not fake. You can return it f you like. But you need to pay the delivery charge." Then he cut off the line. How rude. That is my story. You may have a good experience with this website. But I don't. No matter how lucrative the deal sounds, I will never shop with them.

Fantastic site that regularly stocks quality products at great prices. For the small inconvenience of having to wait until stock is finally dispatched, you receive wonderful products that you would struggle to find on the high street even, especially at such great prices. Unlike a well-known high street retailer that stocks discounted goods, I have been using this site for over 4 years now without faulty goods being part of the deal! My 'go-to' site for nearly everything for everyone, with an easy & convenient returns service. The incentive of free delivery & earning vouchers along the way is a real bonus.

I've placed two orders for the same blazer, they tell you it will arrive, you wait almost 2 months and then they just tell you that you won't receive it. All they do is give you a £5 voucher and you still have to pay for delivery which is very expensive.
Worst experience with them! Don't recommend! Never order from them!

After 25 days, I just received a refund email from PayPal, saying you have received a refund!

Called the SS customer service and got cut off 3 times probably due to problem with their cheap customer service equipment! And the very rude agent said he apologises, but clearly he did not mean it, and they said your order is cancelled because we can not procure the item you purchased!

I am sure it is illegal to sell something that you don't have!?

(If this is legal, then i can sell iphone for 100 pounds and put the money in a bank account and get return on the money, and refund every 25 days, and get more money coming! With actually not selling anything!)

And then they sent me an evoucher of 5 quids which is ridiculous, as I had used a 20% voucher before which i can not use again!

I do not recommend this website to anyone, BrandAlley is more trusted and faster.

Beware of the so called bargain prices on this site! I bought a Swarovski gift set, it came in a plastic jiffy bag! I bought some suncream, i was back fom holiday before it was even dispatched ( long after the given dispatch date) I ordered 2 pairs of givenchy shoes for half the price of anywhere else, they kept £600 of my money for 6 weeks and then emailed to say sorry we can't get them after all! They sent me a £5 discount voucher as compensation! Needles to say i won't be using it. Think twice, if something seems too good to be true it usually is!

Bought a dress for £35 which was APPARENTLY worth £149 according to Secret Sales. I stupidly believed this and ordered it thinking I was getting a great deal. Looks like I should have done my research beforehand because when I received the dress and saw/felt how cheap the material was, I looked up other items made by the same company and saw their dresses retail at an average of about £15! It looks like it belongs on a market stall! I have no idea why Secret Sales claim it's worth £145 - It's not even anywhere close! Their customer service is also shockingly bad. I asked their Twitter account why I was suddenly being told my order would take a month just to be dispatched, even though it says on their website deliveries take 5-10 working days, and all I got was a cocky unapologetic response. They didn't even bother replying to me about the fact the cheap dress is being falsely advertised at an extortionate RRP. Will never use them again. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
